My life starts as a surprise!
I was not a planned pregnancy.
My mother was really cranky.
So, that is when my father bought my mom a pregnancy test.
She was cranky, but for a good reason.
She found out she was pregnant.
Throwing away the test not thinking.
My father found it before she could tell him.
After he found the test they started telling anyone and everyone.
When my parents went to see what they would have.
She was 3-4 months along at the time.
That is what the doctor had said at least.
The sonogram was not clear enough to tell whether or not I was a boy or a girl.
During this time my parents lived in Oklahoma.
My mom and father had got in a fight.
He claimed he would take me after I was born and kick her to the road.
So my mom moved to Wichita, Kansas to get away from my father.
On the way there she had gotten arrested.
Once they found out she was pregnant they let her go.
She found a women's home for us to live in.
When my mom went into labor.
A lady from the women's home took her to the hospital.
I was born in Wichita Kansas at St Francis hospital.
I was originally due March 7th, 2000.
But I was 3 days late.
When I first entered this world,
My mom came close to breaking her moms hand by squeezing it so hard.
Because my moms contractions were so intense.
My name was originally supposed to be Misty Raine Dickey
But my mom decided on Misty Raine Nicole Dickey.
If I hadn't of been a girl it would have been  James Wayne-Maurice Dickey.
After my great grandpa on my fathers side.
My father didn't come to see me being born.
Therefore my last name was going to be Hays.
He did come to sign my birth certificate.
When he say that my last name was going to be Hays he was angered.
He was not a fan of my moms parents J.D. Hays and Delsa Hays.
I weighed 9lbs 8oz.
I looked just like my dad when he was a baby.
So there was no way he could deny that I was his baby girl.
The day I was released I had no planned outfit to be brought home in.
We went back to the women's home to live.
My mom was happy to have me.
And she was happy that I was her little angel.
Eventually we ended up leaving the women's home
Somehow my mom and I ended up in Nebraska.
After living there for a little while, we moved to Louisiana.
I was seven years old when we made this move.
My mom and I lived in Louisiana until May of 2016.
That is when we returned to the state of Kansas.
