Two days later

I was walking in the frigged weather. Old snow laid on the ground. The sun quickly went behind some clouds just as I walked in. It was probably going to be raining by the time I left.
I walked up to the front desk and David came out. He welcomed me with a warm smile.

"Hey I just finished it about twenty minuets ago, fallow me," He said.

I walked behind the counter and fallowed him into another room where a bunch of equipment was. On a table in the middle of the room there sat the sword. It was beautiful. I never imagined that it was going to look this good. (The sword looks like the one in the picture above) I grabbed it and faced away from him and did a bunch of strikes. I was quite pleased.

"Is it actually sharp though," I looked up at him, "Like could this kill someone, Not like I want to kill anyone just wondering."

"Yeah."

As he said that I ran my finger across the blade. I looked at the little cut it created, soon blood started coming out of it.

"That was stupid. Do you have a band-aid I can have?"

He nodded and took one out of his pocket, and with that I was off. I ran home as quickly as I could and just as the sun fell I was out in my costume and all. My sword on my back as I climbed up on top of an apartment building close to my house. I peered down looking for some action.

"Who are you?"

The voice had come from behind me so I turned to see who it was. Batman (or Mr. Wayne) stared me right in the eyes.

I pondered on the question to come up with the perfect superhero name, "Athena," I said plainly trying to out glare the dark knight.

"Is that your real name?"

"No."

He only glared at me again. "Look kid I get a lot of people around here trying to be some superhero, your not one."

"You haven't even see me fight yet."

"Then lets fight."

I only turned away form him and started to run. I ran all the way to the edge and then jumped. The other building complex was six feet away. After I jumped I regretted it. I wasn't going to make it. I was so close but I started to lose altitude. I didn't know what to do I wasn't going to make it across. I came up with a quick game play. I grabbed onto the edge of the wall and pulled myself up. That was a close one.

"Another time," My voice was calm as if he were insignificant to me. I turned around to get another look at him but he was gone.

I glared at the city. I wonder if there was even any trouble around the city tonight. Heck who am I kidding of course there was. Quickly I found some, so I leaped across buildings in hope to get there in time.

"Back off," I yelled down to a group of boys attacking a man with a brief case.

"And if I don't," One man looked up at me, It seemed to only be about five feet down.

I glared then jumped down landing perfectly, "Then your going to meet my new friend here," I waved around my sword. He didn't look amused in the slightest.

"Jeff, take care of her."

Soon enough a guy who I assumed was Jeff came at me. He was about twice as big as I was, and he took a swing at me. I blocked it with my sword. Then he swung his other fist at me, punching my in the side. It hurt more then I thought. It actually hurt really bad, still I stood. Spitting some blood on the floor.

"Heh," He huffed.

Quickly I ran at him. My sword aimed at his stomach. When I got close enough he tried to kick me which I dodged, and I stabbed my sword right into his stomach, twisting it. Suddenly he groaned in pain and clasped to the floor.

"Oh how the mighty have fallen," My voice came out shaky from when he hit me but it was still loud and clear.

The two other men turned to me, and suddenly I knew what I got myself into. Their eyes appeared red, or maybe I was just hallucinating  from Jeff's punch but I saw my life flash before my eyes. I was scared so I tried to run but one grabbed my by the hair, pulling it, hurting it. In an attempt to try to defend myself I stabbed his arm. However that only pissed him off more. As punishment I got several punches. Two in the stomach and one in the same place the other guy had hit me.

"Little brat," Said the other one, the one I threatened earlier, I think he was the leader.

Soon enough the man dropped me making me curse their names. Nevertheless, it was the other mans turn, and instead of punching me he pulled out a gun and held it out at me. I was frozen, why had I been so stupid.

Suddenly both men fell flat to the floor, and in a flash I was out of there, I think someone was carrying me. I was so confused, so shocked, I couldn't breathe all I could do was sleep. Soon enough I blacked out.
