it was the next day and david just woke up, he usually woke up to a morning text from liza but didnt today but he didnt think too much of it.

Davids POV

i was confused when there was no message from her but i figured she was probably just sleeping in as she did have a big day yesterday. so i texted her first.

today i was just going to hang out at home with Alex and Dom to do some chores and chill.it was around 5pm and liza still hadnt texted me back so i rang her but she didnt pick up. i was very confused so i went over and rang her door bell. no answer, lucky i have a key so i just let myself in. i went straight to her room because she wasnt in the lounge room, i walked in to see liza lying on her bed sobbing.

Lizas POV

i hadn't stopped crying all day i just found out my mum has breast cancer, i got a text last week saying she was getting tested but she got the results today. id been crying all day long. my mum my only mum the woman i love most in the world just got diagnosed with a deadly disease. i hadn't talked to any of my friends all day not even david, i just needed to cry and sob alone. but then david came into my room, i looked like a mess with my hair in a messy bun and old tracksuit pants with just a bra on. he came in and i felt safe, just like how i felt yesterday. i felt whole. he asked me what was wrong, when i heard him speak i ran over too him and collapsed in his arms crying so hard i thought i would run out of tears. he was wonderful, rubbing my back comforting me telling me my mum would be fine, saying she would make it through it and that made me feel better.

Davids POV

Liza the one i love with all of my heart being so upset killed me, it made me feel so upset and like i was gonna cry.i sat there with her in my arms for 2 hours sobbing. liza needed some more of her friends to be there for her at this fragile time so i invited alex and gabbie over. alex ran over to her hugging her so hard and gabbie brought her some flowers and chocolate. it was nice, she seemed happier now.

Lizas POV

David, alex and gabbie being there for me was great, we ordered a pizza and just talked about my mum and everyone elses mum and that made me happy. after a few hours alex and gabbie left because they had plans but david stayed because he thought that i needed someone to be with me tonight. but i think david just missed cuddling me while falling asleep. hes always little spoon, i dont know i just think thats cute. we fell asleep watching davids vlogs because he likes to show me how great his vlogs are. i love that crazy fantastic man... i want to marry him.
