Her father is the King(human) and her mother was an elf that died when she was a child, she was shunned and ignored all the time because she was a halfling, not being able to be accepted by the elves and humans. Elves are prideful and they value purity, a halfling for them is one with a dirty blood. For humans, she is just too different. She ,like any other royals , were trained with poison to make their immunity stronger. She mostly learned being kind from her maid (her stepmother just ignores her like she doesn't exist, her father is a tyrant that treats his family as his belongings and pawn)]]idk
