Lauren Riot was given up at birth and at the age of 5 she was sent to live at the Manhattan Orphange. Everything was going great for Lauren; she had a wonderful mentor, a great best friend, amazing grades and was the badass she ways wanted to be. But things changed and Lauren ran away from the only home she ever knew. After constantly being arrested for fighting, three years later, the Judge has had enough. She sends Lauren to do community service back to her past and when she gets there, problem after problem occurs. She must deal with living in the place she grew up to know inside and out, deal with the people that were the reason for her running away and finds out more about herself and what she wants for herself in the future.
