Ash and Dawn

Part 3

In the following morning, Ash, Clemont, Dawn, and Serena woke up, took showers, and went downstairs to eat some free breakfast. After they finished eating, Ash and Clemont went to their own table, leaving Dawn and Serena to talk to themselves.
"So, Clemont, anything happen last night?" Ash said with a grin.
"Nope, I wish something would have happened. When I suggested we would be sleeping in the bed together, she made me sleep on the floor with just a pillow to rest my head," Clemont thought about what he would say if Ash asked that question, and got the perfect answer. "What about you, Ash?"
"When I was in the shower, Dawn looked at me, and she made me sleep in the room while she got the roof. I was kind of sad, but I got over it." They both lied but bought the other's story.
Meanwhile, over at the girl's table, after the boys left...
"Serena, did anything happen between you and Clemont?"
"Just don't tell him I said this, but we made out. What about you, Dawn? Anything special happen?"
"Same for me, never tell Ash this, but when I took a shower, he came in there with me. He even had a six pack! Then we also enjoyably made out, too. And another thing."
Dawn moved in closer to Serena and whispered in her ear, "Did you know that Ash had with Misty? He still carries her lure around. They enjoyed themselves too." When Dawn was finished, she smirked.
The guys came back to the table. Then both couples said good bye and they left to go on their on dates.
Ash led Dawn to the limo, as did Clemont with Serena, but in a different limo. The chauffer drove them around town until they were at the special place for a date.
"Really, Ash?" Dawn said with unenthusiasm. "This was where you wanted to take me?"
"You know you love it! Plus, we might see people we know!"
"You called my bluff. This place is truly amazing!"
It was a frozen yogurt store called Poffin Fro-Yo, because when you start making one, you put a poffin at the bottom of your cup and put the fro yo on top of it and when you get to the bottom, you enjoy the cold, liquidy poffin. Dawn remembers that one date she went there with Tierno and thought to herself, "He was sooo sweet, sweeter than any poffin or yogurt this place could ever have."
"Dawn, hello! Dawn!" Ash was trying to signal her to get her cup. She realized she was blushing and got a mint chocolate chip poffin, which she then put mint chocolate chip frozen yogurt in her cup. On top of that, she put crushed up Whoppers as a final topping.
Ash had already made his, in which he had a strawberry poffin, blackberry and blueberry yogurt with real blackberries on top along with crushed up Andes mints. Ash paid for their meal and sat down inside, on the neon glowing seats that flashed lights on the ceiling and walls.
"Ash, how did know about this place?"
"It's a secret. So just enjoy the date and be at peace with the world." Dawn started giggling at the black yogurt above his upper lip, making it look like he had a moustache.
"What's so funny?" Ash said with a small smile, knowing she was laughing at him. Dawn could not stop laughing and kept pointing at the his face.
Ash took a napkin and wiped all around his face, making sure not to miss a spot. Dawn kept laughing, then slowly stopped until she could continue to eat her dessert. When they both finished, they get in the car and continue down the road.
At the next place, which took a while to get to, they were at a museum where the golden Magikarp statue was at. Ash remembers all the times he went there, and knows this will be the one he remembers the most.
"Dawn, do you know the legends of the Golden Magikarp?"
"Yeah, Brock told me once."
"Great, then I won't have to explain it."
They went to the fishing pole shop and rented two fishing poles so they could dish. After they started fishing, Ash broke the silence.
"You know why I wanted to come out here, right?"
"To catch a golden Magikarp, of course!"
"You are one smart chick!"
Dawn blushed, then stated, "No one has caught it yet, so if we even see it, we will be some of the most luckiest Pokemon trainers ever. What about it, Ash? Ash?"
She looked to her side and noticed Ash wasn't there. Dawn set her pole down as well and decided to look for Ash.
After she left, Ash walked to where both of their poles were and walked toward the direction Dawn went.
"Ash, where are you?" Dawn called out. Ash ran to where she would see him pass by ahead. "There you are!" Dawn ran to her mate, where the boy's face looked a little guilty of something. "Where the Pichu have you been?!?" Dawn spoke with a distraught tone.
"Oh, sorry. I was at the bathroom, please forgive me." Ash apologized, wishing she was not this upset.
"You know what? I forgive you, I really do, just never scare me like that, okay!"
"I promise, baby."
Dawn blushed harder than ever, considering there were a few families around, looking at the young couple. Dawn leaned it to Ash and they hugged out her feelings until she was calmed down. She pulled away and kissed him where she knows May kissed him last summer at the same museum, at the exact spot as they were.
Dawn was still blushing, even after the kiss.
They then walked back to their fishing spot and resumed finshing.
Very shortly, Ash got a bite, relieved to get one at last.
"Ash, don't break your line!"
"Don't worry, I won't"
He then pulled a little harder and started to struggle as he reeled it in more and more. When he finally pulled his hook out of the water, there was something weird about it, and Ash had a look on his face like he was trying to hide something. Dawn walked to where the end of the line was dangling above the ground.
There was a fish on the end of the line, but something was off.
It wasn't a real fish: a pink, white, and blue painted plastic fish, with the words "Ash and Dawn" on the side. She pulled the fish off, blushed harder than ever in anyone's lifespan, and walked a little distance away.
"Dawn, are you okay, because there is something I need to ask you."
Ash pulled the ring off of the hook and got down on one knee and said the eternal, fairy tale words: "Dawn, will you marry me?"
Dawn looked out into the museum was and saw couples, around their age, and they were enjoying themselves. In the background, she could see Serena and Clemont watching them.
With new-found confidence, Dawn approched the strong, muscular Ash, and remebered all the times they spent together, on their journey, during gym battles, and on dates. Dawn finally realized what she prepared her whole life for: and it was this moment.
"Ash... how could I say no!" She ran up to him, and he picked her up and swung around three times, her legs bent but still flying.
Then they kissed, never wanting to leave the other and will protect them with their own life, no matter the odds.
The crowd who witnessed cheered and the newly, engaged couple could see their friends kissed too, and all four laughed while looking at each other.

"Ash, that was five years ago. I think you need-"
"Mommy?"
"Yes, dear?"
"Hold were you when Daddy preposed to you?"
"We were both twelve years old."
"So that means... you are seventeen now, right?"
"Wow, you are smart for a four year old! What do you think, Satosh?"
"She was just as smart as we were when we were that age, but we are soooo proud of our little girl, aren't we?"
"Yes, so talented. Misty, can you wash up for bed?"
"Yes Mommy."
Misty walked to her own, little bathroom and started brushing her teeth. Her Luxio followed her and brushed his teeth too.
"Ash, you sure naming her after someone you were with once was a good idea?"
"Can't change her name, so I'm okay with it. Her hair also has a little red to some of the back, while blue and black are everywhere else. She reminds me of her a little bit."
"Just remember who you marry."
They kiss and tell their child goodnight. They get ready for bed and fall asleep, tired with the lifestyle of raising a kid.

"Aww, they are sooo cute!" Serena said after Ash proposed and kissed Dawn. Then she and Clemont look at each other and kissed, absorbed in this moment in history.

A few hours ago...

Clemont and Serena first went to his favorite place, the Lumiose City Gym, where Clemont and Bonnie live. And since Bonnie was on the other side of the large building being baby-sat by Clembot, Clemont took advantage and already made himself a perfect, romantic scene of Tokyo with science technology.
"Serena, would you like a hidzuke?" ("date" in japanese)
"Totemo!" she said with a wink. (very much)
Clemont opened the door, and Serena gasped at the room, suprized at the room of intricate detail and Clemont's wits helped make it: Serena was in love with him and nothing would seperate them.
A second Clembot, which Clemont made in case of a situation precisely like this one, served the couple chicken apple salad and mozzarella sticks as appetizers. Clemont remembered reading somewhere that these are American foods and that any girl would want this.
Then some time after the salads and some playful banter, they had the real meal: shrimps and prime rib, with steak sauce garnish, in which Clemont knew would show Serena how much he cared.
After some jokes about meat, they were finished. Serena was happier than any female she knew and was surprized that Clemont, the little nerd of the group, was the most romantic.
She leaned across the table and kissed him, loving him more than ever.
"Serena?"
"Yes, Clemont?"
"You are the girl of my dreams and no one could replace you with anything. We have been an official couple for awhile now, and now I ask you this."
Clemont got down on one knee and pulled out the ring, saying, "Will you marry me?"
Serena was crying, unable to speak. In her mind, she still liked Ash, but she also loves Clemont. She decided that Clemont was right one and she had to let go of her feelings for Ash.
"Clemont... of course I will marry you!"
She ran to him and pressed their lips together in passion never in the real Pokemon series.
Clemont's phone buzzed, and the text meesage was from Ash, saying, "Come down here right now." Clemont replied, "We're hurrying."
Serena asked, "What's going on?"
"You'll see."
Clemont took her bye the hand and led her down the stairs to their own limo and drove off as fast as they could.
When they got to the museum, they walked in, and everyone was staring at one direction. "Serena, watch!"
They both looked and saw Dawn pull of a brightly-colored, fake fish, and she walked a few paces away. Then Ash got on one knee and said, "Dawn, will you marry me?"
Dawn turned around, and said, "Ash, how could I say no!"
They spun around and kissed, and both couples shared a gaze. Then Serena kissed Clemont, which made them all blush.

"Clemont, why is your version of our love story have-"
"Mommy?"
"Yes, Korrina?"
"You and Daddy were twelve then, right?"
"Yes, aren't you the smart one in the family?"
"Remember who you married, Von Von," Clemont said.
"I told you to stop-"
"Mommy?"
"Yes?"
"You two are seventeen now, right? And I'm four?"
"Yes, now get ready for bed."
Korrina left the room and went to her bathroom, where she brushed her teeth with her Cyndaquil.
The parents went to bed and fell asleep, gladly enjoying their lives.
