Once i was a star
who'd lost its light,
turned into a stone
filled with ice
finally became dust.
Once i was a star appreciated by everyone
then supported by many,
followed by some
until some became I.
Once i was star very proud of myself,
Filled with trust,
as time passed by,
trust turned to rust.
Once i was star
who'm twinkle so bright
always in the eyes of everyone,
but now appears so hollow, cant be seen by everyone.
now Im still hoping,
I could bring back my shine,
remembered how to twinkle at night,
washed away those clouds that forbids me
for I was once a star.
