Party planner

I wake up at 11am. I relise that I have 10 hours to plan Zach's birthday party I hurry and get ready becuse I am a girl on a mission. I get ready in 20 minutes and do my makeup.

I first call an uber and wait for 12 minutes while I pack my bag. When I pack my back I put my VSA ID in so I can book the party and make sure I have my card.
When the uber arrives I tell him to bring me to starbucks then to wait for me outside and then go to VSA head quaters.
When we get there I talk to Mr Buer for 1hr and he finnaly tells me the party house is mine and that the catering team will meet me soon for the food arrangements.
I quickly call Justin.
"Hey Lexi."
"Hi Justin, can I ask you a favour."
"Yh anything."
"Can you come to San Antonio Texas, I'll book the form of transport I need you as a birthday present to a friend of mine."
"Yh of course plus I was visiting a friend that is in Austin so I can make it."
"The person your suprising is called Zach Clayton can you follow him in the morning he is also famous look him up please see you tommorow text you the location."
"Bye Lexi."
"Bye Justin."
Next I text Edwin to invite all of Zach's friends and the dress theme is about being yourself and there is a pool of they want to bring a swimsuit.

I wait 5 minutes before the catering team show up. I tell them to have food from all fast food places. Also to have Vegitarian objects and around 100 people are coming.

When I leave I cheak the time 2pm.
I go to a car rental and rent a SUV to carry all of the party gifts. I go to the party decorations store and buy nearly everything in sight that would go well with 18 and birthday boy. I buy all the party poppers and ballons in sight. I also 3 helium tanks.
The guy working at the place helped me put it in the SUV.
I drive off to the best cake maker in texas and Order a big cake saying Happy 18th Birthday Zach. I also tell them to put sparklers on the cake and another smaller one to dunk his face in .
By the time I'm done it's 4:30 and I need to get singers to proform,a limo for Zach,professional photographer,
I also needed to book a Dj and decorate the house then drop the rental off.

*time jump*

I cheak the time it is going up 11:30. I managed to get Ross Lynch, Adele and Arianna Grande and I have to proform because I needed 5 people, booked a Dj, got 1 big strach limo and 3 professional photographers, decorated the house and put the balloon in the baloon pit for them to fall with glitter.
When I get home I am so tired. I call all the boys down because Zach was doing a late broadcast and told them what was gonna happen. I also asked about invitations and everyone was coming. I also told them I booked Justin and they were shocked. They told me the party started at 6pm. I bake him a mini cake for him to get woken up with.
When I go upstairs I put on my face mask, text the girls about the party and go live.
We talk about random stuff and they try to ask about Zach's birthday and I pretend I didn't know it was tommorow.
I get off Dm some supporters back, follow them and tweet goodnight. I take off my face mask and go to bed.

*Next day*

I wake up at 1am with 5 hours to get ready. I am so scared.
I have to get ready I take a long relaxing shower while I wait for Rowan to arrive so we can do each others hair and makeup for the party. When I get out it is 1:47pm. I run to Zach's room and tell him to fet ready in something that represents him the most because we are going to a restaurant.
Rowan comes and she does my hair.Then I do her's and wait for her to get ready.

I cheak the time 5:20. The limo's are gonna be here soon with Zach's close friends and family.
I get a call saying the limo is here. I go to find Rowan and see her put the last touch to her makeup.
"The limo is outside."
I shout everyone downstairs, They all come running down and I tell them the limo is here.
They all head outside. Zach has the biggest smile across his face.
I grab my phone,purse and keys then run after the others.
The limo was full of sour patch kids,starburst,skittlws and way more of Zach'favourite things.
It also had Justin Bieber in the background. Just as I ordered. I walk in and see everyone.
"Lexi you look really pretty."
I hear Apryll say.
"Not as good as you." I reply.
I hear a phone go off. I think it was Zach's.
"OMG,Justin Bieber followed me on twitter and Instagram,this has to be the best birthday ever.
I smile to myself he has no idea what is about to happen.
We arrive at the party and I see Zach's face brighten.
"Wait is this my birthday party."
"Suprise." We all shout.
He runs out into the house.
We all follow after him.
Zach looks around and spots Justin by the he jumps like a little girl.
I see him hesitate to run over to Justin. He looks back and I walk over and said "Ready."
He nods. I walk over to Justin and he notices me and we hug.
"It's been too long."
"I know right,but this is Zach the birthday boy."

I look at Zach and he looks at me in shock.
"You know him."
"Yh we met on Twitter."

I leave Zach to talk to Justin and I go to check on the cake it looks amazing.
They did an amazing job.
The first proformance of the night was Ross Lynch. He proformed the Austin and Ally theme song.
Then Adele did Hello and Rolling in the deep. Then Arianna preformed my favorite one of here songs Dangerous Woman. After the show I snuck off to change because I was about to dance to Insta Bae as it was sung by Zach.
He was gonna get ushered on stage to sing.
In the meanwhile Sanni and Justin was gonna proform Sorry.

I come on stage and Zach gets put on stage and he starts to sing and I do a dance that I felt like went with the song.
It made me think about how much I enjoyed it.
I quickly change back.
I run up to the ballon pit and press the 5 minute timer and go downstairs to get the cake when he cuts it the balloons and cake drops and it was the perfect timing.
After the cake I talk to Jordon and then her song Bruh starts and we all dance.
By 12am we are all finished and going home.
The uber I got came and I fell asleep and couldn't remember anything after.
