Lycan Fae

First Day at Work.

Sitting in the car as Uncle drove us to work I thought how much I missed this. Waking up in my own bed, being able to ware something that wasn't camo and having more of a say of the types of missions I would be apart of. I looked down at my jeans and boots. I think I look stylish with a blazer over my cami. And yet laid back enough. No one is going to dress up. That isn't who most of us are. Well except for Uncle I look over at his suite black with pin stripes. And a blue tie that match's his eyes. I can't see how the office women are around him. I cough covering up my little snicker.

We park the car in the underground parking lot and hit the top floor. I know there's a meeting to discuss a new case. That and I get to see all the guys. After the last couple of years it will be nice to see everyone.

Walking out of the elevator we walk through the door that says PDS ( which is Paranormal Defense Services). Set up in the middle of the US. So all "Others" could easily contact us without causing to much friction between all the different types. A young woman with a tight business suite with high heels walks around her desk. Taking Uncles hand. "Oh it is so good of you to come in again Neil." blushing as she takes a deep breath. Oh dear your so very nice to me he said with a light smile on his face. She looks over to me and you can see her face harden. And this is ....? I look at her with a smirk on my face and say, "I am one of your bosses. The attitude will stop now." She straightens and says please this way. " And leads us to double wooden doors with a design of our group on it. It has a circle with a wolf head, a fae, a witch, vampire, and a human all standing together. If you look close you can even see a likeness of me in the back ground behind the 5 men.

I walk in and there they stand. My five guys. I walk over to Darin Forest. The Fae of our group. He opens his arms and I step up to give him a big hug. I look around and see the others. Erik Moonstuck is the Wolf, Jonathen Merlin, the witch, Andrew  (no last name because of his age) is the vampire, and of course John Smith.

Yes all these names are given to us by the government. Mostly because most people are known within the paranormal community by their first name and the coven, or group they are apart of. But the government didn't like that so they changed it.
