This is a tutorial for the beginners on sending your entry to the host of the contest.. I often get this so i hope this helps.. :)
First! If your done on your entry, go to wattpad and create a book named (whatever you want).. So here you could post your entries in every contest that your joining..

This is where i post all my entries!.. Make a chapter and put the title of the contest as the story part title so the host wont get lost in finding the cover

So just tag the username of the host and put your entry there! And then tap publish! Easy right? Hope this helps!
