But for now enjoy some amazing tips from me! Disclaimer: I am not a doctor, I don't know if what I am saying is illegal or whatever but ya this is from my experience. Oh yeah and there will be talking about some graphic stuff like blood.. so if you faint easily leave..
Idk if it's just me, but putting on two pads instead of one is just soo much safer. If you have a heavy period than it definitely is a good idea to use two. But like, I'm not talking about just like putting on one and then one on top, I mean you could do that, but I'm talking about putting one on in front and one closer to the back. It just helps.
If you don't have time to go to the store or anything you can do that tip or if you do have time, just get night pads! It's waaayyy easier, and again, if you have a heavy flow, it's more convenient.
Tampons. I'm not an expert but I think that if you use one, you may want to wear a panty liner on your underwear just incase the tampon leaks.
