Procrastination. The word fit me completely.

I looked around my room, double checking my list. I think my bag  is finally all the way packed. Though it was completely full, it wasn't even half of my wardrobe.

I've never been on a trip for longer than 2 weeks, which was my senior year trip, that I, of only 20 others got to go to.

Liam's invitation did mean a lot to me, because instead of being stuck in a classroom, being forced to learn geography, I got to experience it hands on.

"I'm about to lose my patience, you loser. Let's go." Liam called from down the stairs.

I slung both bags over my shoulders, and wheeled down the suitcase.

"I think we're down one seat in the car now, thanks to you." Liam teased. He took my bags, and walked around his car to place them in the back.

I took this opportunity to hug my mom, who was standing at the door, entirely unsure how to feel about the vacation. "I love you a lot, but this pathetic."

"I'm going to miss you two! It's been a while since both of you left me here alone."

"You have Dad, now hug me before it's too late." She took me into her arms securely, and pressed a kiss to my cheek.

"We aren't going away for so long, Mum. We'll see you before you know it." Liam assured her, and gave her a hug next.

"It's slightly too long for me, but I suppose can't stop you now. Have fun you two. Liam, keep her save."

"I wouldn't dream of doing other wise,"

A Hawaiian cruise would have seemed surreal, that is until my brother told me we'd be leaving in three days, so I better make up my mind on going or not.

"But right now you kind of need to let go, so we don't miss our flight."

"Sorry, sorry. I guess I'll see you two after summer. Have loads of fun and text me every night, make sure you take pictures and tell the other boys I said hello!"

We've went over that short list of things to do while we there maybe 100 or more times, metaphorically speaking.

I nodded, "We'll make sure, Mum. We love you. Bye!"

"Good bye, love. Good bye, Liam. I will be calling you two soon! Don't get in too much trouble. " She said, letting both of us go.

"No worries. Bye, Mum." Liam grinned and we both made our way to his car.

Liam laughed beside me. "She just never wants us to leave, does she?"

I shook my head. She never did. We were lucky to have a mother as loving as her. Even though, it could be crazy sometimes.

"Alright so you have everything in the car right? Knowing you, you'd probably forget something and ask to fly back to London for something as simple as a piece of gum." He teased.

I rolled my eyes. "Yes, Liam. I have everything. Unlike you, I made a check list."

He nodded and began to pull out of the drive way. I realized it was a good time to text the boys we were coming, but as I felt for my phone in my pocket, it wasn't there.

"Wait stop! Maybe I don't have everything. I kind of need my phone."

Liam sighed and stopped the car.

I smiled thankfully and ran inside and grabbed my phone quickly, even making sure to have my charger, which I did.

Liam shook his head and started to drive down the street, not even bothering to look at me.

"What?" I asked.

"I knew you would forget something." He murmured. "Anyway. We have to go over something."

I logged onto Twitter and waited for it to load, and looked over at him. "Yeah, what?"

"Let's try to behave on the trip, okay? Please don't go on one of your, rebellious streaks, or a women equality campaign. I love that, and you but we need a peaceful holiday. Preferably the best for my little sister."

"You are only a little bit older than me!" I groaned.

"But nonetheless, I'm being serious."

"No." I said dryly.

I'd be the first to admit my attempts of becoming a better human happen at most random of times, because I find inspiration in the simplest of things.

Just Pinterest tutorials, the attempts are just never good enough.

"Okay, but when the vacation goes wrong because of you, there's no possible way of blaming it on me. I'll have no mercy."

I rolled my eyes, I could tell he wasn't lying.

Don't get me wrong, this was going to be a long summer.

"The boys are ready, by the way, so we won't have to wait long when we arrive." I read the text aloud.

"Cool beans. Though you'll probably be kicked out and moved to the back,  because I'd rather sit by Louis. You're my second, maybe third choice." He laughed, slightly shoving my shoulder.

"You're the absolute worst."

I wouldn't sit by him anyway.
