[Katniss POV]
I wake up to the smell of coffee in the morning. I could tell it was Peeta because, the kids were still asleep. I run down stairs to the delight of French toast and eggs sitting on the counter.
"Hey Katniss."
"Hey are we still going to Gales?"
"Yeah. We'll have to leave soon."
"Okay. We'll thanks for breakfast."
I sit down and eat my French toast. Then, I finish my whole plate. I handed it to Peeta and he washed it.
"Hey why don't you go get dressed?"
"Okay Peeta. You go get things ready."
I head upstairs to get dressed. I grab my panties and put them on. Then, I put on my bra. Next, my pants. And finally, I put on my shirt. I braided my hair and went to the nursery. Peeta had already taken them outside.
"Wow.. You are ahead today."
"Thanks."
"Alright let's not keep Gale waiting we do have to stay there for a whole week."
Gale hasn't seen us in like forever. Our two kids Jake and Missy are 4 and 6 now. We haven't seen Gale in at least 2 years. I have really missed him.
"Were on the road!"
"Let's go!"
I didn't get much sleep last night so I just slept during the whole entire car ride! When I woke up Peeta said,
"We're here!"
"Katniss?"
"I'm up!"
"I'm up!"
"Good."
"Let's go."
We go up to the door and begin to knock.
"Hello!?"
"GALE!"
"KATNIP!"
I jump on top of him and give him a huge hug.
"I missed you so much!"
"Me to Katnip!"
"Umm.. Hello?"
"Oh hey Peeta!"
"Haha!"
We head into Gales house and we each get separate rooms. Me and Peeta. Jake and Missy. And Gale.
"Thanks Gale."
"Your welcome."
"No I mean it!"
Me and Peeta head up to our room and put our stuff away.
"Hey Katnip?"
"Yeah?"
"I'm gonna go in the spare room down stairs and get to know your kids I guess."
"Okay."
"Then I'll get then food want to come?"
"Umm.. No thanks we'll go tommorow."
I look at Peeta and he grins. What is he up to?
