I laid back. Putting all my weight on the pillow behind me.
I didn't realise that I went back to past. The past were I and Rob were together. I went back to remember the good part.
The part I was happy with Rob.
I remember that I was struggling through my assignment when my teacher assigned me a tutor. A tutor I was rather happy about.
He had Pure Black hair with a light beard. His eyes were dark brown. You could just get yourself lost in his eyes.
I don't know how but we became really close. The last day of him tutoring me I remember him placing a strand of my hair behind my ear. I looked him back into his dark brown Eyes. He really came close to me and held my hand. He then slid his hand all over to my arm and then at the back of my head.
I remember him kissing me to which I later kissed him back.
It was a beautiful night. A night I could never forget.
In the morning we decided to walk in the park since it was a weekend and also we were getting to know each other better.
I was walking with him in the park. He interwove his finger through mine. There were these round figure rocks in our path. Rocks that were like the one you see in Takeshi's castle.
Just the difference was that there was no sign of water here.
And since I'm a kid who never grows old. I started jumping on those stones and ended up twisting my foot.
I could hear Rob laughing. My face turned totally Red and I closed my eyes because the pain was unbearable. To which I later realized I was in Rob's arms. He held me up in bridal style.
"You are way to heavy" I remember him saying.
"Hey!" And I punched him lightly in his shoulder.
Well those were pretty good days. I don't know what happened to him.
"Hey what happened" said Steph while entering my room and closing the gate very quietly.
And I'm back to my present.
"I wanted to talk "
"Well it's eight at night so it better be reasonable."
Eight? I looked towards my window which was adjacent to my bed. For how long was I zoned out?
"Steph first of all you put me up in this fucking expensive hospital which would take up all my insurance. Couldn't you place me in a goddamn local hospital and secondly.."
I paused and looked back at him
"What happened to Rob?"
His jaw was tigheting and his hand were forming a fist but then he came back to normal.
I never saw Steph like that. It was pretty scary.
"You don't need to worry about that. I took care about that"
"What do you by 'took care'? " I said in a trembled voice.
"Hey! Don't get nervous. I did not kill him. Obviously. I don't want to get my hands dirty in his blood"
Ok this means he has the potential for it.
"I just made sure that he gets punished for his attempt"
"What kind of punishment?" "Stop asking. You are really getting on my nerves" Steph's face seemed like a hard rock face. I have never seen him like that. This was a totally new side of his I was seeing.
"Ok. Ok. I won't ask. Just stop getting scary!"
"Scary?" Steph looked confused.
"Yeah. Since I have woken up you look concerned at one point and then all of a sudden you are this scary guy"
Steph came rushing towards me and held my hand. He leaned towards me and I leaned toward him. Our head were positioned in such a manner that it seem like we were trying to send telepathic message.
"No Mia I would never think of scaring you. It's just that when ever you ask about that asshole it's boils my blood. I would never forgive him about what he did to you."
"I know. I know. But just promise you won't be like this again. Specially to me."
