I woke up hours later in a large bedroom on a soft bed , the room is painted a light get and have a large window facing the woods and many pack houses, which is clearly not my pack . Confused I looked around , I'm not at home or at Heathers room so where the lech am I ? There where footsteps out side the room .

As the door opened there stood a tall brown haired guy , he looked 18 and had tan skin and forest green eyes. Tingles spread throughout my body as he looked at me. He walked closer to me and I instantly felt scared. What if he's going to rape me or kill me ? I am a runt after .

He walks toward me and I scream squirming to the other side of the bed and fall to the floor and get against the wall. His face changes from a smile to a worried expression. He gets down to the ground and sits calmly. I'm sorry I scared you he says, his voice comforting.

What's your name he asks . I- I'm Aurora I say stuttering. He's probably just pretending to be my friend so he can hurt me later I think to my self .

I notice he's been staring at me for a while now . Pleas I say if you plan on killing me then be quick I say . His expression changes to a worried look . Hurt you why would I do that ? He asks . Because I-I'm a useless runt who doesn't deserve your pity . I know your going to hurt m-me like every one else.

I would never do that he said . I'm your mate I'd never harm you . My mate ? But I taught runts don't have mates ? I taught to my self . But I'm a runt I said I'm not supposed to have a mate . I start looking around for an escape route in case he decides to attack , but instead he simply looks at me with questioning eyes .
