Tyler's POV
I got to class and sat in the back seat. Since I was a little early, I pulled out my phone and watched Luna's musicallys. Then, everybody came in the room and I quickly put up my phone. I don't want anyone to know I'm stalking Luna on social media. "Class. We have a new student.", Mrs.Dyme announced. I looked up and saw a blonde girl with beautiful blue eyes. She was beautiful...but I'm not interested. "Everyone. This is Loren.", stated Mrs.Dyme. Loren. That sounds like a name for a popular girl desperate for love. I rolled my eyes and pulled out my phone, again. This time, I was listening to music.
"Loren. Why don't you sit next to Tyler. He might be cute but he's antisocial.", I heard Mrs.Dyme say. Loren nodded and began walking to the empty desk next to mine. She turned towards me and stared. Suddenly, I looked up at her and gave her a face. "Why are you staring?", I asked. "Sorry.", she replied and looked back down. I looked back at my phone and smiled. I almost gave a little laugh. Loren noticed and asked "What?". I looked back at her and looked back again. Without looking at her, I said "I know I'm cute but you don't have to make this conversation awkward." "Conversation?", she asked. "Well, we are talking, right?", I explained. "Do you have a gir-", she asked before I interrupted her. "I don't but I do like someone.", I replied. She sighed in disappointment. "Who do you-", she asked before I interrupted her, again. "No more questions.", I said. I knew Loren was trying to flirt.
