school is great it teaches things you don't know such as, algebra or passive and active sentences but do we really need this to achieve our dreams? everyday we spend 6-7 hours at school learning things we may never use again. we all have a dream were born with It from the second were born we were made to do something in life to be successful, now spending this much time at school doing things like algebra and active and passive sentences is great id you want to get a doctorate in maths or want to be an author or a English professor but if you want to do something such as be a dancer or a artist spending so much time doing things that aren't going to contribute to your dream is a waste and youll get nothing you want out of life schools in the neatherlands have a later start time no homework and children get to choose subjects which I think is great as if a pupil spends six hours doing thing it doesn't understamd or doesn't want to do then it is going to go through life thinking they are stupid and get nothing there have been more happy and successful pupils come out of that school as they are learning ehat they need to be happy and successful in life so they are getting what they need its just like phones these days they have changed so much in the past 100 years so have cars now they have changed for the better but now if you look at schools they haven't changed one bit you are still told to sit there and be quiet don't fidget and put your hands up now doing all this is making pupils hide who they really are and there personality and that will get them no closer to achieving their goals. I thin k students should be allowed to express themselves and choose the subjects they take!
