Today was my day off. My boss said I needed rest. That I needed more than an afternoon. So today I went to the grocery store. I needed salsa but after yesterday I decided to make my own. So I went up and down the aisles and bought everything I needed. The last thing I needed was chips but they were by the salsa! I went down the aisle as fast as I could and nothing happened. I grabbed the chips and headed to checkout. I'm worrying about nothing I thought to myself. "Oh cool they have a model of the Eiffel Tower but made of cases of bologna.". I proceeded to checkout and payed then left. On the way out I saw a homeless man so I went over to him and gave him a can of soup but he wanted more. I handed him another and he said more! I said "Sir I need these for my mother and father. He said "How 'bout if I guess your age I get some soup?" I said "Sure" He said "17" I said "Sorry sir, I'm 16." He yelled "WHAT, YOU GIVE ME THAT FOOD RIGHT NOW!" The man got up and tried to grab the bags. I pulled away but he got one of the bags. "That's mine!' I yelled. The man said "I need this more than you!" The man pushed me onto the ground and ran off with my groceries. I just lied there, all scraped up. The store clerk came out and helped me up. He took me inside and called my parents.
