"Stop it!" I scream and then fall into a fit of giggles. Parker eventually stopped tickling me and let me go. He was laughing at me and put his hands up in mock surrender. I glare at him,"That's not fair!"
I knew I was just giving him what he wanted, by getting angry, he thought it was the funniest thing when I got angry. He said I was so small it was like a toddler throwing a tantrum. I couldn't give him that. So I gave him exactly what he didn't want. Two words. "Oversized leprechaun." His smile vanished, I won. Checkmate. The two words that described him perfectly. Parker was tall and super muscular. Though he was only thirteen, he could easily get into R-rated movies unsupervised. His fiery red hair and green eyes also made him a perfect candidate for a green top hat and gold boot buckles."Whatever." Shrugging, he turned and walked away from me. I tagged on behind, as always. He was so mad he just ignored me.
"Woof woof!" Parker stopped dead. Oh no. I stopped behind him. I was scared to turn around. Slowly, I turned to see Trey Malone barking at us. At me.
*A word on Trey Malone*
Trey Malone is scrawny and scaly. Studded with acne and a bad attitude, he enjoys teasing anyone he can, and thus makes himself a very disliked figure in all the schools he gets kicked out off.
He thinks its really funny to tease people about their good traits, since he has virtually none. For example, Nani Adams, the heroine of our story, is the most loyal and loving person you will ever meet, so naturally, Trey will call her a clingy dog and bark at her.
It was a really bad choice to pick on Nani, the biggest dude in school's best friend. Especially when the biggest dude in school was already very annoyed.
****************
I cringe, knowing what's coming next.
"What did you say?" Parker says his face devoid of emotion.
"Woof...Woof," Trey says slowly annunciating the words.
Parker takes a step closer to me, I can feel how tense his muscles are through his shirt, he's ready for a fight.
"Apologize."
"Aww," Trey fans his face."How cute!" I blush knowing how this looks to all the people in the crowd that has formed around us. "The dog is standing up for his bitc-"
Trey never finished the comment. I don't blame him, even I wouldn't want to talk much if my jaw was broken.
"Parker!" I choke out.
*Time Out*
Normally this is the part where the damsel in distress jumps into the knight in shining armour's arms and thanks them for for saving them from the evil villain with a kiss. Some things you need to understand:
-Nani Adams is not a damsel in distress
-Nani Adams was horrified at what her best friend just did.
-Nani Adams is very honest. Even when it's not very helpful
-Nani Adams is very honest especially when it's not helpful***********
"You are in so much trouble."
