JASON'S POV:

11:07pm

Fuck, those pigs probably knew that we were here, and they snuck up on us.
What if they heard our conversation?
Adrenaline ran through my body as I feel the stress and anger kick in.
Without thinking I run up to her and grab her arm as I pull her with me.
She gasps is surprise to my action.
At first she didn't really move her feet and I had to drag her after me, but then she started running like crazy.

"Oh my god, Jason! They're behind us!" she yelled and I looked back behind me as she was sprinting only a meter away from me. I look at the cops and they're quite far behind us, running armed with guns and batons ready to blow up my ass.

I turn my head forward again and and a brief wind hits my face, and all I can see now is blur due to my eyes watering up. Normally I would wipe my eyes to get better vision but that felt so unimportant this moment, so we just keep running.

It's a lonely road that we're running along, and there's only a few trees by it's side complimenting the grey asphalt.

I don't even know where we're running just anywhere I guess to find the best hiding spot.

All there is ahead us is a small forest, or at least I think it is cause I see some green and brown-ish shades that lays before us.
"*yn* do you see the forest ahead of us?" I speak loudly, assuring that she's focused on the same destination as me.
"Mhm!"
-
11:29pm
I can hear police sirens all around us. *Yn's* body is standing close to mine and her breaths are short and hectic. We're standing in the middle of a forest, not having anywhere to run and me-the guy that always has a solution to everything is now empty. I have no clue on what to do.

The trees around us are rustling, the wind seems dry and for every breath I take the air goes thinner.
"What do we do?" Her eyes meet mine.
I look at her for a split second before removing my eyes from hers, observing our surroundings trying to find somewhere to hide, just anywhere for the night to get these fucking cops of my ass.
I spot something that seems like wood.. or obviously cause we are in a forest, but a different kind of wood.
It looks like a cottage of some sort.

"Come on!" I speak and hit her arm softly showing her to follow me as I run through the woods.
She follows me slowly behind scanning every tree and bush making sure no one is hiding there to see us.
"Where are we going? Jason someonw will find us." She whispers.
"Uh shut up for a second, will ya?" I said sternly against her words.

We tripped safely on our toes barely making any sounds. I stopped suddenly pointing towards the small wooden house. *yn* leaned in towards my face suspecting that I was going to say something.

"You see that?" I smirked at my success and it felt like a weight on my shoulders was lifted off.

We got somewhere to stay.

The sticks and stones cracked under our feet as we made our way towards the cottage.

YOUR POV:

I took a step onto the porch and the planks creaked under my feet.
Jason kept his distance from the house, and it seemed like he was regretting his move still not knowing if it was safe enough.
"Come on before someone sees us." I whisper loudly gesturing with my hand that he should come.

He groaned and made his way up the stairs, and then to the porch where i was standing.
There was two windows on each side of the door, and a small table in the corner of the porch.
I look through one of the windows and all I see is a sofa, a counter and some plates here and there.
"Looks dead." Jason says, looking into the window studying the insides.
It seems like no one has been staying here for years, and for all I know this was the only safe card we had.
"Let's go" I walked towards the door stretching out my arm to open it.

Jason grabs my wrist stopping me in the middle of my action staring into my eyes like a warning.
"Do you have anything better?" I ask raising my eyebrow and ripping my arm off his grip.
I put my hand on the door knob, first hesitating slightly but then going through with it cause as I said do we have anything else to do?
I open the door and it creaks alot, and it almost hurts in my ears. I walk in and pull Jason right after me, cause with that noise im sure that someone must've heard.

I quickly close the door searching for a lock on it so we can secure this place a bit more.

"Don't fucking touch me like that? Pulling me in by my wrist, holy fuck you got some pride girl." He raises his voice at me.
I turn around looking at him, not believing what he said.
"So what do you wanna stand out there?" I ask raising my eyebrow.

"Obviously not but I'm not retarded like you, I do actually know how to walk on my own." He nags.

"Retarded? You bombed a fucking hospital in aim of killing ONE man, but killinng thousands including kids. That's retarded." I snap back raising my voice a bit.

"Just shut up. I'm not taking that from you, you're a snake *yn*"

His last words hit me like a truck tbh, if there was anything that I was NOT it was a snake.

"In what fucking way?!" I yell, starting to get really aggravated.

"In every single way, you decided to leave me?! And don't raise your voice at me, are you forgetting who I am?"
Jason takes a few steps towards me and I back off.

Am I forgetting? He wouldn't even debate to kill me if I did something wrong.

"Fuck off." I said, but then regretting it. Most of all I just wanted something so say back towards him, but i chose the wrong words and I know that he's not gonna take that right now.

"You know what? You're staying here. Some mouth you got sugar." He smirked as he grabbed me by the arm pulling me into this room.

We hadn't even had the chance to explore the place and it felt like he knew it perfectly, the way he just walked to the room "knowing" where it was and he seemed to know what was inside of it too cause throwing me in just this room out of all the others, wasn't a coincidence.
