Roronoa Zoro X Reader

Zoro x Reader Part 8 : Goodbye Loguetown and Hello Grand Line!

"If we don't get back in time we wont be able to leave!" And with that the four of you run in the opposite direction of the battle and knocking down other marines in your way.

"What kind of storm is this?" Zoro asks as we make our way back to the harbour.

"Nami-san wasn't kidding when she said to get back to the ship as soon as possible" Sanji replies.

"Which ways the harbour" You ask trying to figure out the right directions.

"It's raining so hard, I can't tell which way" Luffy answers.

And just when you thought things couldn't get any worse you could hear marines catching up from behind.

"There they are!" One of them shouts making the rest of them turn in your direction.

"Damn they're persistent, should we stop and take them out?" Zoro suggested.

"No theres no time...WOW WHO'S THAT LADY!" Sanji gets distracted as he drools over a woman in the middle of the street. You squint your eyes trying to focus on the woman and then you recognise her, it was the marine girl from the store.

"So your Blake D. (Name) and Roronoa Zoro and your pirates... You lied to me!"  Her eyes were full of anger and her hand was clenched tightly around her katana.

"You never really asked who we were, thats all, we never lied to you" You said stopping in front of her.

"Scoundrels like you welding such magnificent katanas . . .unforgivable!" She says pointing at your sword "Your Kin no tora and your Wado Ichimonji shall be confiscated!" She says unsheathing her blade.

"Hehe Just try it!" you shout back as you grab the hilt of your katana and draw out your blade.

She runs towards you striking first which you easily block.

"Hey-" 

"Stay out of this Zoro. This is my fight!" you interrupt him before he could even say anything.

"Lets go!" Luffy says giving you a smile as he runs past with Sanji behind.

"Don't take too long" Zoro says before catching up with Luffy.

After the rest had left you were now completely focused on your battle. You weren't going to let her take your prized possession and there was no way in hell you were going to let her win.

"Theres no way I'm loosing this katana to you" You say as you swing your blade at her, she blocked and was barley able to hold against you, as the same pattern continued without her knowing you had led her into a wall rendering her at a disadvantage and with no where else to run. With her last attack you swing your katana with full force knocking the blade out of her hands 

She falls to the ground in defeat. "See I told you, i've got to go now, bye". And as you pick up the pace to catch up with Luffy and the others you could feel the wind from behind start to pick up but you just brushed it off until it started getting power till the point you were blown away.

You woke up with a sharp pain in your head and blurry vision 'What the hell happened' You think to yourself as you rub the pain away from your head and slowly get off of the floor.

"Where the heck am I?" You ask yourself looking around the unknown area.

"Oh you made it" You turn around to face a familiar moss-head, Sanji and Luffy who also looked to  have been blown away by the strong wind.

"Yeah it looks like the abnormal wind helped in ways" You say walking up to Zoro and the others.

"Hey you nose is bleeding, you ok?" Zoro says making you quickly wipe it away 'Unusual I don't think I hit my head that hard'.

"Oh it's just a nose bleed nothing to worry about" You answer trying not to get him worried.

"What happened?" Luffy asks as he dusts the rouble off of his hat.

"Not su-"You were interrupted by screaming from the distance.

"LUFFY! (NAME)!" it was Nami by the looks of it the ship had already drifted away.

"We have to think something and fast!" Sanji says 

"I GOT IT" without thinking Luffy runs back using his gum-gum powers to stretch his arms.

"Aw shit" Zoro says facepalming   

"GOMU GOMU NO...."

"Whats he-" Just as you ask you are sent flying towards Merry.

"ROCKET!!"

Luckily you didn't hit the hard ground like everyone else and instead landed on top of them.

"Thank god you all made it!" Nami says helping you off the other and greeting you with a tight hug.

"Good to see you too" You says hugging her back.

As the rain poured we all watched as Loguetown got further away.

"Look at that Light" Nami points towards an Island lighthouse "That's our 'guiding light' it points to the entrance of the Grand Line". You could feel the goosebumps appear on you body when Nami mentioned the Grand Line ' We're so close to anew adventure, I can't wait'.

"The Grand Lines over there!" Luffy giggles to himself not being able to contain his happiness.

"All right lets have a little launching ceremony to mark our voyage!" Sanji suggests waving his hands in the air.

"Yeah great!" Luffy replies and everyone else nods.

"Lets do it" You fist bump the air in excitement.

"To find the All blue" Sanji begins by placing his foot onto a barrel followed by Luffy.

"To become the Pirate King!" 

"To become the wolds greatest swordsman!" Zoro says with a giant grin.

"To draw a map of the world!"

"T-To become a brave warrior of the sea!"

"To become the greatest adventurer!" You say placing your foot on the barrel and taking a look around at your friends.

"LETS GO TO THE GRAND LINE!" Luffy shouts at the top of his voice  

"AYE!" You and the rest of the crew shout back.
