  I ENJOY LISTENING to her.
  her voice was soft and soothing. her face would lit up in every intense part and she will took a glance at me before she smiled warmly.
  lisa sat on a chair beside my bed while she read the book. the book itself was interesting. different.

  "hey,"
  i lifted my head from the thoughts and looked at her. "yea?"
  "i think that's it for now, here," she slipped a bookmark into my fingers. it was a dried daisy flower that laced with plastic. the girl gently lift my hand and made it stuck the bookmark between the pages.

  "where'd you get that? it's beautiful," damn my sore throat.
  "i made it, just for you. you like daisies, aren't ya?"
  i nodded. making my best effort to give her a smile.

  and lisa smiled too. not a polite smile. a content smile.
