I grew up (or at least until I was 12) a normal life; wake up, go to school, play with friends, eat a shit ton of ice cream and candy then get sick. Life seemed perfect. Then I got sick, the kind of sick that seems to be fine then gets worse before you can do anything. The doctors said I'd die, that they didn't catch the tumor in time and it had already spread to my spinal cord. Even though they were certain I'd die, they still tried everything. Radiation, chemotherapy, and 5 pills 3 times a day. Life went from a roller coaster that only goes up to a downhill plunge to hell. I became paralyzed from the waist down during a surgery that was supposed to make the tumor smaller. Of course with my horrible luck that wasn't the case. So I kept with the radiation. Then they put me on an experimental drug, it would keep me alive, not stop the cancer but it wouldn't let anymore cancer grow.
