(Percy POV)
FLASHBACK--We won the war. Peace was on Camp Half-Blood. But not on Percy Jackson. I found out my mother and stepfather just died, a monster just had them for breakfast. So, I decided to look for my beloved Annabeth. I was thinking to propose to her today. Well, I finally got Athena to let me propose to after finishing The 12 Labours of Heracles. NOBODY can destroy this day; not even my brother Shawn Jacobsen. Oh! Did I forget to mention I have a brother whose head is empty except for ego? Well, I walked to the beach to meet Annabeth but I suddenly heard, "Oh Shawn, you are so better than Percy!" I was frozen in horror to hear that came from ANNABETH. Suddenly, I saw my HALF-brother kissing my FORMER fiancee. I threw down my proposal ring so hard even the "lovers" was startled. "Good bye, Annabeth Chase! I hope we never see each other again!" "Percy!", screamed Annabeth. But i did not care. I packed my bags, left Riptide in the Poseidon cabin, and left Camp Half-Blood.
