HALLE POV
I wake up to the smell of bacon, for anyone that knows me knows that I am obsessed with bacon.
"Goodmorning sleepy head" Grayson kisses my forehead. "Goodmorning, I smell bacon" I laugh.
"Yep! I'm cooking breakfast for everyone. They're in the kitchen if you want to go in there and wait for me"
I get up and walk to bathroom, brush my teeth and fix my hair, let's face it no one likes morning breath or bed hair!
"How did you sleep? Any nightmares?" Ethan laughs. I look at him deathly, "I slept very well" I sarcastically say and take my seat across from Ethan.
I pull out my phone while waiting for chef Grayson to finish cooking. I gasp.

My social media is growing insanely, I post the picture of Grayson and I, I guess I'm allowed since we are official. I get 258,975 likes within 5 minutes! How crazy. I go on twitter only to see that there are fan pages and ship names for us! I'm honestly shocked, I haven't felt this loved in a while, I'm so grateful. I tweet "grateful for all the love and support 💝" . I put my phone down as Grayson is making his grand entrance with his food, anyone would think his a talented cook, like come on everyone knows how to cook bacon and eggs.
"I'm proud of you" I kiss his check as he sits next to me, he rest his big muscular hand on my thigh.
*skip breakfast*

GRAYSON POV

I told Halle I was going to see Liam, but really I'm heading into town to pick up some things as a surprise for her.

*beep (txt msg)*
Halle: hey bub, I'm missing you 😔 tell Liam I say hello! And I'll see him soon :)
Me: I'm missing you too! He says hello!

I hate lying to her, but she can't know what the surprise is for obvious reasons. I still question myself every day as to whether we are moving to fast or not. I just purchase the gift when I was interrupted by my phone ringing, it's Ethan.
"Hel-"
"Grayson get home now! It's dad!!"
I zone out, I run to the car and speed home. I start crying, I don't know what's wrong.
I arrive home and run straight inside when I'm stopped by mum, "honey, we have some news", I can tell she's been crying. Everyone besides the girls are seated in the lounge room.
"I've been diagnosed with cancer, I'm ok for now and it's not aggressive and I'm going to start treatment" my dad says.
At this point my mind is doing back flips. I start feeling anxious and nauseous. My dad has cancer? I'm heartbroken.

HALLE POV

I can hear him coming up the stairs, what do I say, I've never been in this situation before. He opens the door and he just starts crying as he walks towards the bed. I start the cry at the thought of him crying.
"Gray im so sorry" I say. He hugs me tight. "I don't want to talk about it I just want to sleep" he sobs.
We get into bed and I cuddle him. He doesn't deserve this, no one does, I'm hurt that someone so close to me is hurting. I cry with him.

Eventually he falls asleep. I go to check on everyone else, Ethan has gone to get some air, Sean and Lisa are asleep and Cam as gone to her friends. I guess everyone has different ways of dealing with things, I just need to be here for Grayson.
