i'm very excited this is my first time house hunting Mrs.Brown is showing me this house i really hope this house is as beautiful as it is in the picture. we arrived to the house and its nice but is it nice on the inside
Mrs.Brown:here's the house what do you think
Maria:its fine i want to see the inside
Mrs.Brown:this is the living room
Maria:wow this is big
Mrs.Brown:will it be just you living here
Maria:no my room mate will be here as well
Mrs.Brown:wel this house will be big enough for the both of you
Maria:where are the bed rooms
Mrs.Brown:this is the first bedroom
Maria:my room mate he works out alot and i do yoga so i could turn this into a workout room
Mrs.Brown:then we have the second bed room now the second bedroom is a tad bit smaller then the master bed room
Maria:but its still big
Mrs.Brown:mhm the second and the master bedroom both have bathrooms
Maria:i see oh i love this tub the
Mrs.Brown:yea this is more of a spa like tub the shower would be best for you because of the jet like shower head
Maria:and this glass door because i hate curtins
Mrs.Brown:because its easy to see the the dirt and easy to clean
Maria:very easy to clean
Mrs.Brown:now to the master bedroom
Maria:its slightly bigger
Mrs.Brown:yes you would have to put alot of stuff in this bedroom to fill it up cause then it just look bleh
Maria:right
Mrs.Brown:very quickly let me show you the closet
Maria:ooohh its a walk in closet ohh
Mrs.Brown:big fan eh
Maria:yes i like a closet to just come in and sleep in just go ahhh but so far i'm really liking this house
Mrs.Brown:thats a good thing let me show you this bathroom and then the basement
Maria:ok
Mrs.Brown:the bathroom is smaller than the second bathroom
Maria:oh good cause i've been debeating on if i wanted the master bedroom or not
Mrs.Brown:which room you leaning towards
Maria:the second bedroom my room mate can have this room and the closet but the bathroom thats all i need i'll be ok
Mrs,Brown:alright let me guide you to the basement
Maria:lets get to it
Mrs.Brown:this is the basement if there is a tornado or you want to throw a party the basement is the place to be because if you look over here there's a bar area a little place to put a mini fridge you can put a pull out couch in here a tv the satlite service will not go out
Maria:what about this door right here
Mrs.Brown:this is like a little office area the onwer built tthis house was he was a partier while his wife would collect money at the door and they built this room to keep all records of the stuff they bought
Maria:oh ok
Mrs.Brown:and if there is a burglar -walks to another door- escape through this door and your outside to the back yard
Maria:i like i love how the bushes are high
Mrs.brown:the onwer wanted his privacy so he made sure these bushes were high
Maria:ok so are there anyone else looking to buy this house
Mrs.Brown:no before you call we were going to tear this house down because its been 2 years since this house was put up for sell
Maria:oh well how are the neighbors i mean how safe is the neighbors
Mrs.Brown:very safe there are guards here and they have a neighborhood watch club stuff like that
Maria:and the neighbors
Mrs.Brown:their nice some of the neighbors been living here for years couple houses down is a family and the house across theirs a family aswell
Maria:i come from a big family an so does my room mate
Mrs.Brown:really how many siblings
Maria:2 brothers and 2 sisters
Mrs.Brown:oh nice nice
Maria:how soon can we discuss bpaying for this house
Mrs.Brown:we can discuss right now
Maria:ok
Mrs.brown:now this is how much the house cost all together now your can pay it off and the house is yours or you can pay the morgage which is this much
Maria:i rather pay it off because i dont have the money to pay each month i might as well stay in our aparment for that matter
Mrs.Brown:smart choice now i'm going to give you the contract you and your room mate need to go over it i dont want you to buy just anything
Maria;yes mamn
Mrs.Brown:and tomorrow morning you can drop off the paper work signed and the check ok

Maria:i was thinking that since last time i chose the bigger bedroom you can have the bigger bedroom that has a walk in closet
Justin:damn thats a big closet you sure you dont want the big bed room
Maria:positive..besides the second bedroom is big too and has the better bathroom

Justin:what about the third bedroom
Maria:that bedroom we can use that as a work out/yoga room when we cant go to the gym

Maria:well i think we need to pay off the house because we cant afford to pay this much each month

this is a really nice house i loved the basement cause you know i love to throw parties maria and i go over the contract and tomorrow she's going to buy the house i'm really excited to get out of this hell hole
