Q: Often times, we can't help but think "Why me?" when we are afflicted with difficulties, even if it's small, we get this thoughts in mind, that everyone around us are happy but not us.What do we do to not get these disturbed thoughts?
Ans:
"But they plan, and Allah plans. And Allah is the best of planners."- Al Quran.
The above small Ayath has such good meaning behind it. If we keep this Ayath in our mind we will forever be grateful, but that doesn't happen for we are human beings.
I don't know what difficulties you are facing, but know that whatever it is that Allah subhana wa ta'ala has put forth on you is for your own good.
"Allah does not burden a soul more than it can bear." -Al Quran.Know that whatever you have to go through, is to make you strong, you will not be aware of it now, but as time passes you will realise HIS wisdom behind everything.
Even if everything is going wrong with you, always have good thoughts.
Avoid thinking evil/bad. Your struggle will pass soon and you will be more happier than ever.
Every single person in this world is facing some sort of trial or test. There may be some facing trials in education, others in their jobs, still others in their businesses, marriage, household and still more facing problems with family or friends. But Allah (swt) says:
"Oh you who believe! Seek help with patient perseverance and prayer, for ALLAH is with those who patiently persevere."
And do not complain to anyone else but allah subhana wa ta'ala. When you have cried your heart out in front of him, in sujood, while making DUA, you will definitely feel peace inside you.
And when you see others happy, don't be envious, rather pray for them to stay happy and blessed.
Jealousy and envy will only make you even more desperate.
Hasad (jealousy and envy) is among the most destructive emotions or feeling which a man may have towards his fellow human being. It causes him to wish evil for others and to be happy when misfortune befalls them. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) warned against envy by comparing it to fire that completely burns the wood. He (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) said:
"Beware of jealousy, for verily it destroys good deeds the way fire destroys wood." [Abu Dawood]
Keep making dua, even if you don't see it coming true, never lose hope in Dua. For DUA IS THE WEAPON OF BELIEVERS.
Dont be sad and do not despair, for shaytaan loves it when we are Sad.
Sadness only stops you from moving ahead and it make shaytaan even more happy.Always have good thoughts and faith. Know that ALAH hears your hearts cry even before it escapes your lips. Allah answers your prayers at right time.
Think of the every good things that ALLAH SUBHANA WA TA'ALA has granted you, even before you asked for them.
Sometimes, Allah breaks our heart, to make us whole, Trust Allah, whatever he does is always for the best of us.
Sometimes, Allah gives us Failure and Pain, so we can strong and humble.
Sometimes, Allah gives us illness, Trust Allah, whatever he does is always for the best of us.
"Convince your heart, that whatever ALLAH has decreed is most appropriate and most beneficial to you!"
-Imam Al GhazaliMay ALLAH SUBHANA WA TA'ALA GUIDE US ALL and solve our trials and problems.
Aameen summa aameen.
