It was a normal Friday morning, im the middle of winter. There was frost sprinkled on the pavement like sugar on a cake, and jack frost was nipping at my nose.
I was stood by the green fence, with my friends, just as we always are, when i noticed someone I didn't recognise. I usually know most of the people in my school, but i just shrugged it off anyway.
For first period we had P.E, one of my favourite subjects (only because i get to look at girls butts ha). We went in and got changed into our kits and went into the gym. That particular day we had to play dodgeball, my least favourite. We were sorted into groups and I happened to be on the same team as the boy i saw before, along with my friend, Amy. We had to play against another team first and as i was playing (or just standing there hoping i can be hit so i can sit out) I noticed the boy was staring at me. I just shrugged it off again, it was probably because the school's required kit is super tight and short shorts and a tight shirt.
After we played that game we got to sit out for a bit and I happened to get talking with the boy (don't ask how). He seemed quite nice and he was pretty cute actually, with an even cuter voice. We became fast friends and instantly bonded over our music tastes.
The lesson was soon over and so i got changed and headed to my next lesson.
We had science, with my least favourite teacher, fun. I got sat down and prepared myself for an agonisingly long and boring lesson but when that boy walked into the room again i hoped it might be a little better. The teacher asked him his name and then directed him to sit next to me, in the corner of the room. His name was Will, quite a cute name for a cute boy. He sat down next to me and I tried not to stare too much but I couldn't help myself. I was starting to grow a little crush on him but I shrugged it off (for the third time) because i get stupid crushes om random people all the time. The lesson went by way faster because we talked through the whole lesson and soon the bell rang.
Will was in the same house as me which meant we had break together so I introduced him to my friends and we all chatted and laughed until form time. It just so happened that he also had the same form as me and because i was sat on my own at the back, our form tutor instructed him to sit next to me. In form I usually draw since I'm at the back and the teacher hardly remembers who i am so i can basically do what i want. I got out my sketchbook and was about to start sketching something when Will asked to look through it. I said yes because, well, I can't say no to that adorable face of his. He seemed to like my drawings and complimented me but I just shut it down like I always do.
The rest of the day continued and Will ended up sitting next to me in all of my classes and i let him sit with me and my friends at lunch.
At the end of the school day he asked to walk with me since he didn't know his way around town yet and he happened to live around the corner from me so we walked home together. On the way home we exchanged our snapchat names and that night we talked until the early hours of the morning.
