Again, gore warning, I'm really sorry!
------------------------------------------------------
As Flavio screamed, tears poured out of his eyes, streaming down his face in torrents. He flickered and one of his eyes had gone back to brown. (Idk what his eye colour is I'm sorry, let me know if I'm wrong) Half of his hair was brown, the other half the regular blonde. It looked like he had been split down the middle. His left side had Romano's appearance, while his right was regular. Every nation including the 2ps looked shocked. Flavio flickered again, but his appearance did not change. His hands clutched at his head as he screamed.

An Hour Before (Romano's POV)
Flavio and I stopped, panting, after maybe fifteen minutes of running. "Do you think we lost it?" I asked, still trying to draw in breath. There was no response. "Flav-" my eyes widened as I heard hoofbeats coming nearer. I tried to run, but I was paralyzed. "Damn that bastard." I cursed.
No One's POV
The whirlwind slammed into the nation, ripping skin and bone as sharp hooves dug into flesh. The sharpened horns slammed into his body, drawing a shriek from the dying form. With another plunge of the horns, he was dead, but the bull did not stop there. He trampled the body, and slashed the horns through skin, shredding the nation below it. When the bull left, the form was barely recognizable. Tears were visible against Romano's face. Blood formed in a pool around him, lapping farther on the ground quickly, his eyes still open and dull. Roughly an hour later, against any odds, the nation twitched. Slowly, Romano got up. Then he started limping forward, stumbling every few steps. After a while, blood still dripping down steadily, he found the mirror border again, and slumped down in a sitting position, head falling forward as he blacked out.

Back At The Meeting Present Time
Flavio hadn't taken a breath, but was still screaming as though his lungs were full. He was flickering a lot now, but his image hadn't changed. Suddenly, he stopped and fell over. Instead of tears, blood ran from his eyes, seeming to have replaced the salty liquid. "Well, that was... eventful." said Matt. "Then, time to leave." he picked up Canada with one arm, and a white light flashed. When it died down, every 2p had disappeared. With the 2ps having gone, everything that had happened sunk in. Feliciano started crying while Spain dropped to the floor, defeat and tears in his eyes. America and Prussia stood there, stunned. Germany and Japan sat by Italy and tried to comfort him. Francis sat down next to Spain and stared at the ceiling wordlessly. China looked up at where Russia was still hanging. The door burst open, yet no one noticed. Iceland stood open-mouthed with Norway staring blankly ahead, not seeing anything. Iceland swallowed thickly. "W-what h-happened here?" he asked in a small voice. "W-why is there a m-mirror in t-the d-driveway?" Spain looked up. "Well," he said hesitantly, "The 2ps were here." Iceland reeled back a bit. "The 2ps?" he said in a shaky voice. "Come sit down, I'll fill you in." said Japan.

After Everything Has Been Explained (I'm lazy and also Japan gets to do stuff again)

"So, about the mirror?" Iceland asked. "Spain, Italy, and Germany brought it here, it had Romano and his 2p somehow." Japan answered. "Someone was in there when we came." Norway spoke. Everyone jumped. "Norway!" Iceland yelled, as he hugged his brother. "Did you see who it was?" asked Spain. "Barely recognizable." said Norway. "Too bloody." Everyone shivered, they'd had too many experiences with blood. "Well, we probably go see who it is." said Japan reasonably. The group slowly trekked outside to the mirror. They crowded around it. Spain gasped. "Lovi?" if you looked close enough around his mauled arms, stomach, and the blood caking his skin, you could recognize his hair and clothes. Or the parts that weren't ripped, anyways. Blood dripped from his head and the many wounds he had. In one of his arms, the bone was showing, snapped. He had large puncture wounds in his chest. "This is bad." Spain muttered. He gently reached into the mirror and picked Romano up. "We need medical supplies, and a place for him to lie down." They called an ambulance. They were told that they couldn't move him, so they would do the operations in one of the rooms in the meeting place.
