I Love My Mate Even Though He's The Enemy.

Zen:

It was time for school so I run out of the house dragging Toren behind me before running with me.
"Zen I'm sorry for the trouble I caused you." He apologized.
"It's no problem." I say with love in my voice.
We enter the school and head to our classes. The first half of the school day flew by its already lunch time I head to the Sakura tree we spoke to each other under yesterday and began to eat my lunch.
"Hey Len." I heard Toren say.
He sat down next to me and began to eat his lunch.
"Why did we decide to eat here what if your family finds out.." I began being cut off by Ren.
"Don't worry as long as we don't say anything about it we're fine." He said.
"Besides no one knows about the thing." He said making the quote quote gesture with his fingers.
"That's true." I say.
"Fan girls nine O'Clock." He said.
Toren closed his lunch and was about hide in the tree.
Fangirl screams.
"Girl's leave the two guys alone." Said Mika oh great an other member of the popular club.
"Toren based on how you acted when you saw the  fan girls I'd guess your in the popular club." I say.
"Yup. There's Mika, May-Chan, Fira-Chan, Yuu-kun, Kenji-san, Yuki-sama, You, and me. So far." Ren said.

Toren:
"Let's go to the Club room." I say.
"Okay. I didn't know we all had a club room." He said.
"We didn't always." I say.
"Toren going to the club room?" Asked Ichi-San.
"Yes and I'm guessing your now in the popular club too." I answered.
"Yes but I'm not in the top three." He said.
When we arrived at the club room Zen had a shocked look on his face.
"Its the old Club room." He said.
"Yup the club room when we first came to high school." Ichi-San said.
On the wall was a list of members in the popular club. Most think that it's our way to be stuck up but its not its our place of solitude.

The list read.
"I'm in the top three popular." Zen said surprised.
"You're the most popular Zen." I say.
"You're the second most popular Ren." He said.
"Isn't his name Toren?" Asked Ichi-San.
"Yes but the nick name is Ren." I state.
"Brrring" the bell went off.
"We have classes this afternoon unlike yesterday." I sigh.
"Yeah see you." I say to Zen. "See ya." He said.
I head to class.
"Mr. Hiroshima you're late." The teacher said.
"Sorry sir." I say and take a seat class went by fast.
"Bring" the bell went off.
"Mr. Hiroshima why were you late?" The teacher asked.
"First fan girls, second showing a club member where the club room was, third fan girls got in my way while I was on my way to class. Sir." I say.
"I'll let you off the hook this time because you're not usually late to class but don't be late again." The teacher said. 
He had the wolf smell on him too; Got to watch out for him.
I head to my next class and sit in my seat; since it was music class I knew I would be singing to day, "nothing like getting more fan girls yahoo" I thought sarcastically.
When class began the teacher called me to the front.
"Mr. Hiroshima please sing for us. In Japanese not in English." The teacher said.
"Can I have some English in the song?" I ask and the teacher nodded yes.
(Unravel Tokyo ghoul theme song) I sing the song Unravel.
"Good job Mr. Hiroshima!" The teacher said.
The class clapped their hands in applause. Not long after the school day was over and I was at the school gate waiting for Zen.
"Who are you waiting for?" Asked Fira-Chan.
"A friend." I say with a smile.
"Ren I thought you were gonna head home." He said.
"I was but I have to give you something." I say he walks over to me and I give him the little Rose I made in art class.
"Thanks Ren see you tomorrow." He said with a smile.

I headed home and tried to sneak into my room to avoid questions but of course failed.
"Where were you last night?" Mom asked.
"I was at a friends house." I said.
"Which friend?" Mom asked.
"Cause I had your dad call all of your friends and they said they didn't know where you where." Mom said.
"I was a Zen's house one of the popular club members." I said.
"Next time tell us." Mom and dad said.
"I did." I say showing them the text I sent them both.
"Okay so we didn't check our phones but still you should tell us." They said.
"I know on my birthday I'll be the new alpha." I say before they could.
"Exactly my son." Dad said.
I can't believe that during spring break I'll become the Alpha but can I persuade the pack to stop fighting the Toshiba clan? 
"Why do we have to fight the Toshiba clan?" I ask. 
"The Toshiba clan has been threatening our clan for thousands of years." Dad said.
"Dad I don't see any problem with being different from them." I say.
"Besides I'm both Vampire and Werewolf so I don't see why the Toshiba clan and Hiroshima clan can't co-exsist with one an other." I say taking my hybrid form.
"We can't they threatened our clan members Toren." Dad said.
"I heard you say that the first time. That happened thousands of years ago dad they aren't threatening us now are they?" I ask.
"Well." He began I don't let him finish.
"No they don't dad." I say.
The next school day went by fast. I told Zen about my discussion with my Mom and Dad.
"Wow and he's still making you the Alpha." He asked.
"Yup I'm the only child the have so I'm the only one who can become the Alpha unless I die which I wont." I say.
"Bye see you in 3 days after I become the Alpha." I say.   
Two days have passed and today I become the Alpha of the pack.
"Today my son Toren will be the new Pack leader our Alpha." Dad said.
"To take his place as the Alpha he must defeat me in a fight." Dad said.
I was ready; I was more than ready, when the fight began I had already been in wolf form and so was Dad. He came for me, I douge and got his back as I jumped out of his way; went in, bit his leg knocking him over and pinned him down.
"Dad I know your not done." I say and jump back so as to not be launched.
"You're taunting won't help you become the Alpha Toren." Dad said.
Launching himself at me I don't douges but instead counterattack. I had my teeth at his neck and backed up knowing he was defeated.
"Toren is our Alpha." Dad said.
At night we did the pack hunt and we got our dinner and eat our gain. When morning came I had left mom and dad a note saying; I'm going to see my friend Zen.

When I arrived at Zen's I already had my scent masked with colon. I knock on the door.
"Shiro it's me Ren!" I say and he answered the door.
"Can I come in?" I asked he nodded. I enter and head to Zen's room.
"Zen can I come in?" I ask and he opens the door not expecting to see me.
I enter his room and hug him tight.
"Ren I'm guessing you're the Alpha." He said.
"Yup I am and guess what." I say. "You're gonna make peace between the clans." He said.
"Yup." I say and kiss Zen.
