Chapter eighteen

Everyone in the mansion was called downstairs for a meeting. I was now alone and bored in my room. Walking back and forth behind my door I debated on wether I should go outside or not. The orders were for me to stay put but curiosity was killing me. It's been 2 hours and still nothing,.

"Ugh...what's taking them so long?" I asked myself in an annoyed tone. Feeling my patience thinning I open my door and step out. I cautiously tip toe down the hallway, reaching the staircase I hide behind the nearby wall to over here what they were all talking about.

"As you all know some progress in the games have already been done..." I overheard slender man speak.

"..." Eyeless Jack looked away as if he didn't know what Slender man meant by that.

"...But it wasn't a grand advance. So shall we proceed towards the next phase?" Slender man questions everyone else.

"Next phase?" Jeff asks.

"What are you talking about?" Masky joins in the questions.

"Well to get this advancing we must do something. In the next phase each of you shall have one entire day with her." Slender man explains. Oh god... I tried to remain calm to keep hearing their discussion.

"Isn't the point of this to not kill her? Why the hell are you exposing her into more danger!?" Jeff raises in voice dos some reason.

"I agree with him." Masky shockingly agrees with Jeff.

"Yeah, what's the big deal?" Ben asks while raising his eyebrow,

"What is it that irritates you all? Are you afraid you won't be able to control your urge to destroy? Hm..Of course she will not be alone, Jeff will be there. If up desire to touch her then you must first get through him." His tone was filled with annoyance by now. Slender man saw a change in their expressions... and it was quite obvious that he didn't like it.

"A fight with Jeff? Doesn't sound challenging." Jane laughs before whipping her hair back and giving a confident smirk.

"What is that supposed to me, eh!?" Jeff yells before stomping over to her with his knife in his right hand.

"Then we shall add one more keeper just for these occasions. Any volunteers?" Slender man wraps one of his tendrils around Jeff's body and lifts him up before he fights with Jane.

"Ah...yes what am I saying? Jane gave this idea so she shall have the honors." Slender man states while looking over to her. Her jaw drops when she hears him say those words.

"Wait what?" Jane scratched her head while giving Slender man a puzzled look. She couldn't believe what he was saying but it was Slender man, he's capable of anything.

"No way I'm working with that." Jeff crosses his arms and glares at the slender figure that was holding him.

"That!? I'm a girl you little indecent slob!" Jane yells before throwing a dagger at him. Slender man's tendril immediately moves out of the way with Jeff still in his grasp. If it wasn't for Slender man's agile moves and instincts that dagger would've sure pierced Jeff's forehead but sadly Slender man did not allow that to happen.

"Who you calling a slob!?" Jeff yells back as he tries to get out of Slender man's grasp to finally get his hands on her.
