Chapter 3

"Mum!" She screamed at long last.

"Mum!"

Her mother came into the hall were she was standing.

"What is it sweetie?" Mother asked, obviously conserned.

"Mu...it..dad..mum..somthing" Abi stamerd.

"Shhhh. Take it slow. What happend?"

Abi gulped and looked at her mother with worried eyes.

" dad. In. The. Living. Room. Dead." She managed. Her mother gave her a strange look and walked hesatently over to the living room. She gasped.

"No! No. No...this is all my fault..."

Abi flolowed her into the room even though she could not bere to look at her father.

"How is it your falut mum?" She whisperd quietly. Mother looked back at her.

"I'll tell you someday, but you need to forget about me and dad and go. Go to the hotel. I will still call you. Here, pack a bag and get in the car."

Abi was confused.

"Your not making any sence mum!"

She could see mother was furious now, but still spoke in the softest of tones.

"Just go."
