Chapter VII: Flashback - Part 2

Zane drops his sword to his side, I look up and see a man. He had blonde hair, sky blue eyes, and he held a diamond sword. He looked at me and we made eye contact, and he gives me a reassuring look, I smile at him feeling heat rise onto my face.

"GARROTH?" Zane says

"ZANE?" This guy named Garroth said with obvious sarcasm.

"Get out of here garroth, you have nothing to do with this!" He looks back at me and gives me an evil grin.

"Well if you are hurting a beautiful young lady like her, then it is my business" Garroth says as he smirks at me. I felt the blush appear again.

Zane looks at me, then to his guards signaling them to attack Garroth.

"GET OUT OF HERE BEFORE HE-" I was cut off by Zane slashing at my face, I screamed in pain as Garroth stabs Zane in the arm.

Zane's guards then attacked Garroth, I screamed not wanting him to get hurt, then someone covered my mouth not letting most of the scream out. I looked back at the person covering my mouth, he has dirty blonde hair, baby blue eyes, and he carried an emerald sword.

"Hush now, my name is Laurence, I have come to help" Laurence says in a soothing voice

As soon as Laurence unties me, I run to help Garroth who is fighting three other guards right now. I go to attack one on his left while he takes the rest.

"I see you can fight" Garroth says as he takes down another guard

"Ya, its my fav-" I was cut off by a guard attacking me from the right

Garroth swooped in and pushed me earning a cut on his arm.

"Oh my Irene" I say frantically as Garroth falls to the ground, he got up and pushed me behind him as he blocked another guard.

I got up from behind him, and threw my sword at a guard, there was no sign of Zane, The cut on my face burned. Zane has cut me pretty deep, I screamed as someone grabbed my Arm, Garroth and Laurence were both fighting the guards when I heard a whistle from behind me, it was Zane.

"You can stop now boys" Zane says evilly "I got what I wanted"

I screamed again letting them know it was me.

"LET HER GO ZANE" Garoth yelled angrily

"Why do you care about her Garroth?" Zane said, Just then he ripped down my cloak revealing my wolf ears and my bruised cut face.

"S-Shes a wolf" Garroth said

"Y-Yes, and I-Im sorry fo-" I was cut off by Zane dropping me, I gave out a whimper.

"Take her, I get her back again and when I do, she will become my wife, Goodbye Y/n" He walked laughing evilly with the few guards he had left, as soon as he was gone, Garroth ran over to me.

"Are you ok Y/n, Im guessing thats your name" garroth said

"Y-Yes" I said, I was on a bridge of tears

Garroth was staring into my eyes, I was looking back into his, He was getting closer and closer to my face.
