Her child was now four years old and she hasn't had one decent job to keep her and his son alive, living off with $5 an hour it wasn't enough to feed herself and her son. She doesn't live in a fancy apartment like others, instead of living in the streets, she had found an abandoned broken down building where they now live.

There was no bathroom to do their business so once the city had finally calmed down into slumber she'd take her son to a near by river to bath him and herself. She'd pick up thrown away items and would try to fix it as much as she can. Since she didn't have enough money to buy her son some toys, she'd usually go look for broken ones that's been thrown out.

They had no real bed, the only place for them to sleep is the card board floor and thin blankets to keep them warm for the night. She had tried many times to go look for a job, but no one wanted a girl who's all dirtied up and has a son at such a young age. So the only thing she could do is help the little old lady in the streets to sell some vegetables.

Everyone had left her to struggle, her parents never once looked for her even her first love Yoongi who also never asked about her disappearance. No one cared.

Her son hardly speak, but when he does he has a stuttering problem which makes other kids not understand him much. He never had a friend to keep him company, only his mother who'd stay by his side. Whenever she stared at him she couldn't help but be mesmerized by his cuteness, indeed he looked like his father.

Today was bright and sunny day, so the two decided to take a walk around town just windowing shopping, admiring all the clothes that were displayed; imagining what it felt like to wear something nice for once and not old ragged up clothes. She held tight on her son while he staring at everything around him.

She wanted to buy him a toy, something small something cheap, hoping there would be one. She saw a mini toy shop, next to a book shop. She headed towards it going inside the shop.

"Look Byeol so many toys" his mother said smiling at him. He smiled back making 'wwwaaaahhhh~' sounds from his mouth.

She had placed him down while he stormed around the shop picking up toys and playing with it. She watched him smile, it's actually a rare moment whenever she sees him smiling. After twenty minutes, Byeol had come back with a toy car. Ami knew that he wanted it, but needed to know the price.

"Lets see how much it is shall we." She says taking it and looking underneath the small toy. It was actually really cheap. There was enough for them to at least get couple fruits for a $1 each. She payed for the item making Byeol giggle happily.

"Are you happy now?" She asked, the little boy only nodded.

They then walked to China town where she knows she can get some fruits that will last them for just a week. Then she works hard just to do it all again. When in desperate need of money, and her child starving she had slept with couple of men who'd pay her enough just to get through a month or so. Byeol had to go the hospital couple of times because he had asthma and malnutrition.

When done with the mini grocery shopping they simply headed home only to realize that the building had been locked, a giant gate was now displayed that said 'Warning Do Not Enter'

She was once again in a panic, if she couldn't get in where should they sleep tonight? She had ask some old folks of what had happen to the building. One of the old man said that a young man had come to shut it down because he'll be expanding his new company there.

She needed to talk to this man right away to give her back the only home she has left. There was a phone number on the bottom of the huge sign, so she memorized it. Picked up her son taking themselves to a near by phone booth. She had enough coins to place it inside, she stared at Byeol who looked up at her, he was confused not knowing what was happening but he didn't ask a question nor speak.

She dialed the number and it started ringing. "Hello this is Mins Corporation how may I help you?" A female voice spoked.

"Uh..um yes I'd like to talk to whoever is behind the construction of this I don't know, this new project that your boss is making." She says.

"What project would that be ma'am?"

"U-um the one near Chang-dam Gu."

"I see, and what would your question be?"

"I'm not asking a question, I ..I would like it if you can please unlock the gate. I live there with my son..a-and it's the only home we have s-so please if you could just ask your men or the boss to let us in that would be nice" she says feeling hopeful.

"I'm very sorry ma'am but our construction companies are not required to do anything about it unless the boss orders them to. If you need any more information please visit our website at www.-"

Ami slammed the phone back with a loud grunt. She ran her hands through her hair as she was thinking of something to get themselves inside. She would climb up the gate and squeeze in his son but he can't climb and the gates are not big of a gap to fit him through.

She looked at Byeol who was busy squatting down playing with the toy.

"B-byeol" she said breathing deeply. He looked up at his mother who was on the verge of tears.

"Y-yes?" He replied quietly.

"Um..so t-tonight I don't think we can go home." She says wiping the stinging tears.

"Wh-where w-w-will we b-be st-staying?" He stutters.

"In front of the gate." She shrugged

"S-so the streets th-then" he says looking at his toy car, and Nami bursted into tears hearing him say those words.
