"I wonder where dad is," Chris said. "I'm sure he's at work" jack replied. "But when he left, he didn't put on his uniform." Chris replied back. "Look, dad is MOST LIKELY at work, and we also, need to sneak out to see how charlie is doing." Jack said. "Bet you the spring locks snapped." Chris replied. "DONT SAY THAT!" Jack said. "Charlie is, uh, probably fine." Jack replied in dout. "OK, let's get ready then." Chris replied in sarcasm. As they snuck out, they started to wonder, if there father was really the mad KILLER they thought he was. But the hope still left in them, belived not. "OK, were here" Chris said softly" jack knew Chris had always been afraid of this place. Because of the nightmares he had at night. Jack and Chris thought to themselves, "if there dad was here, where was he?" They knew he couldn't be home, because they'd just been there. What was there dad hiding? " I wish this place would go up in flames." Charlie said softly. "I wouldn't Jynx it while we're IN here" jack replied. Focus on out TASK, finding dad, or whoever we might THINK he is." Jack said. But jack knew deep inside, that their father, wasn't a bad person, he had probably only made mistakes........ . 1 day till the party
