"Only One Year Left to Live"~

Dianne Parker, only 18, has been hospitalized due to her frequently coughing up blood. At the hospital, she later finds out that she is diagnosed with severe lung cancer, and only has one year left to live at most... With her family being poor, she doesn't have the money for treatments.

During her last year of life, Dianne hopes to live life to its fullest. But meanwhile, she avoids making friends, because of the fear of having them mourn over her death. She also avoids falling in love, or making guys fall for her, in fear of breaking their hearts one day.

But what if her opinions are about to change, and she finds herself starting to fall for a certain guy named Cole Matthews, at her school?

What will become of their relationship, that's never meant to last?
