Chapter 2

Skaí POV

So I was in my room watching Finding Dory. Then my best friend Zachery started calling me. I have this big crush on him, but I don't know if he feels the same way about me. So I was in my thoughts until I remembered my phone was ringing. I got my phone off the charger and saw it was Zachery who was calling me.

{Phone Conversation}

Me: Hello?
Zachery : Haay best friend
Me: Haay. Wyd?
Zachery: Nothing much. Hbu?
Me: Watching tv
Zachery: So Skaí I've been meaning to ask you something for a long time now.
Me: What is it Zachery?!? Is everything okay?
Zachery: Everything is fine. I've been meaning to ask you, Skaí Diamond London may you please be my girlfriend?

Wait?!?! Hold up?!? Did he just ask me to be his girlfriend? I was knocked out my thoughts by Zachery saying something.

Zachery: Skaí why you crying bae?

Wait I'm crying? I felt my face and yes I was crying. I guess I was just so happy that he asked me out.

Zachery: Well what do you say? Will you be my girl?
Me: Of course I will Zach.
Zachery: Good because I was going to cry if you said no.
Me: Awwe you a big baby
Zachery: But im your big baby
Me: I know you are bae
Zachery: So when y'all moving down here?
Me: In 6 days and don't tell Rashaad that we're moving down there
Zachery: Aiight bae I got you. I can't wait to see you baby
Me: Right imma be all up under you and won't let you go.
Zachery: I know you are
Me: Well bae imma call you back later I have to go eat breakfast and start packing.
Zachery: Aiight baby call me later.
Me: Okay bae. Bye.
Zachery: Bye baby

{Phone Conversation Over}

So I went downstairs and saw Mom and Shaíí cooking breakfast.

Me: Haay you guys
Shaíí: Hay baby sis
Mom: Hi sweetheart
Me: What y'all cooking?
Shaíí: We're cooking pancakes, grits, bacon, eggs, biscuits and powdered French toast.
Me: Sounds good to me.
Mom: I know right
Me: So y'all guess what happened just now?
Mom: What happened?
Me: So Zachery just asked me to be his girlfriend.
Shaíí: Omg?!?!? What did you say?
Mom: I hope you said yes.
Me: Yes I did say yes.
Shaíí: Awwe I'm so happy for you sis. But anyways call everybody down for breakfast. It's ready.
Me: Okay.

So I went upstairs and went to Dream room and knocked on her door and told her that breakfast was ready and I went upstairs to the game room where dad and Devontae were playing the game. 2k17 to be exact😑😑.

Me: Breakfast is ready.
Dad: Okay we coming.

So I walked out and went back downstairs and sat at the table and waited for the others to come down.

Dream POV{Before Skaí came in}

So I was in my room on the phone with my best friend Brandon.

Me: So Brandon wyd?
Brandon: Nothing much wyd best friend?
Me: I'm bored
Brandon: You always bored.
Me: Because I never have anything to do.
Brandon: I can't wait to see you. Dream I have to tell you something.
Me: What is it?
Brandon: So I've been wanting to ask you this forever but will you go out with me?
Me: Omg yes of course I will?
Brandon: Aiight bae. I'll call you later. I'm bout to go play basketball with Zachery and Rashaad.
Me: Okay call me later babe.
Brandon: Aiight will do baby. Bye.
Me: Bye.

So I hung up and thought about what just happened. Omg my best friend really asked me out. I've been dreaming about this day forever and it finally came. I'm so happy. I have to tell the others. Maybe I'll tell them over breakfast.

Just then Skaí came in my room and told me that breakfast was ready. So I got up and walked out and went downstairs to see plates of food on the table and saw everybody sitting at the table.
