The sky is black  and Rosie loves it.

She's alone now, or more alone than she was before. And she's insanely happy, since maybe this time she can find herself. Not find herself a good person to stay with, god no. The idea of staying in one place with one person to stare at desperately while they pull her in is devestating.

Rosie's hoping she can find herself in the mind she forces herself out of. She wants to find a scrap of sanity and beauty and well-being inside her.

Of course, she's probably going to get tangled up with someone again. She means that in the most literal sense possible, because Rosie hates emotional relationships nowadays. She used to claw at love and romance and whatever the hell else people feel, but now she's content with a purely physical connection and her own thoughts to retreat to.

But right now the sky is a greyish-pink and Rosie wants to smile.
