HELLO THIS IS A FANFICTION

This is a hunger games fan fiction! A remix in Prim's perspective, but you have to read the first couple if chapters to understand the story, it is not what it first seems. I do not own any of the characters!

It's been 3 weeks since the 74th annual hunger games ended. Twenty three tributes died. Including my sister Katniss Everdeen. The winner? Peeta Mellark. Katniss died at the feast, killed by Clove.

Mum sits on one of the dining chairs in our kitchen. I ask her if she's okay regularly. But she hardly replies. "Mum, I'm going to town then the victors village. Okay?" she vaguely nods and I walk out of our door, sliding into Katniss's worn leather boots. I miss her, she was my everything. The dust rises around me and forms a dark cloud. I cry, silently but the tears stream down. The silver letters that form victors village welcomes me, maybe we would have lived here if only for an alternative ending. I walk up the concrete steps and I knock three times. Peeta opens the door. "Prim." He says

"Hi Peeta, you asked for me?" I explain

"Yeah, come in. " I do as he says and he asks me to sit down at his kitchen table. I do and then I ask him "Peeta what's wrong?"

"Prim, I wasn't supposed to do this, but you deserve it. Let's go for a walk Prim. " He whispers.

Peeta opens up the big lush front doors and we leave. Peeta has been very kind and accommodating. Inviting me and mum over regularly for dinners and giving us money. I know he loved Katniss. "Now Prim we are going into the woods to meet Gale okay? I have to tell you something, it's not that big of a deal but we're not supposed to be doing it okay hun?" He explains.

"Okay I understand. "

We go under the electrical fence that isn't turned on, and walk for about five minutes. I spot Gale and we all over to him. Peeta and Gale Shake hands and the sit down with me in the middle. "I'm just going to cut to the chase, I want you two to have an equal share of my winnings each month, because katniss would want you to, this is highly illegal and so I had to tell you here. I know how much you meant to Katniss and so I believe that you two should get most of it."
