Chapter 7

Emmett and I were sitting on the couch, going through name ideas. We had decided I would get to pick out names for out little girl, and Emmett would get to pick out names for our little boy. Then we would run them by each other. "Okay, I finished my list," I said. I started to list them out. "Sarah? Lucy? Megan? Elizabeth?" but as soon as I would list them he was shooting them down. "Got anything else? he asked. "Well I had been playing around with our sisters names. What about Rosalice Bella McCarty Cullen?" I asked. "I like it," he said. "So what have you come up with?" I asked. "Well when I was human I always wanted to name my first born son after myself, so I was thinking Emmett Jasper McCarty Cullen. E.J. for short. What do you think?" he asked. I could see how much it meant to him. "It's perfect," I replied. 

Emmett had went to hunt when I heard a knock at the door, I opened the door to find Alice. "So what are you having? Are you ready to go shopping?" she asked. "Actually Emmett and I decided to keep the gender a secret," I lied. Emmett and I decided to keep the fact we were having twins a secret. I told her that we didn't know, because then she wouldn't try watching for a vision of out kids. "We can still go shopping though. We could just buy unisex items," I added when I saw how disappointed she was. "Alright, but if you change your mind I better be the first to know," she replied.

Before we left Emmett got back from hunting, and gave me a thermos to drink on the car ride to the mall. "Can't have you biting anyone's heads off, because you haven't eaten,"he joked. He gave me a kiss on the forehead, "I love you" he added. "I love you too," I replied. Alice and I then left.
