Riley's POV
The dance is tomorrow, I'm so excited I already have my dress picked out and Maya is actually going to wear a suit! it really shocked me but I'm fine with it. Charlie keeps telling me that I deserve better but all I really need is Maya, she makes me really happy and I haven't felt that way in a while.

I walk down the hall to my next class; History. I really love this class because my dad teaches it and I have Maya in this class. I walk in the class room and see my dad teaching Belgium 1831 and I know something is wrong.
"Belgium 1831, it represents a person trying to pursue a relationship with the other person."
"Uhh oh" I say and he continues speaking. I really wonder what will happen next
