Third person pov~

" Y/N WAKE UP!!! YOU'RE GOING BE LATE FOR YOUR FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!! " yelled out Jeff to his younger sister, y/n. Jeff was 13 years old while his sister was just 5 years younger, making her 7. As y/n heard him yell she woke up and looked at the alarm clock next to her. She noticed that the clock said 6:45 and she immediately got up and changed into her clothes. She wore a pink dress with white leggings underneath them, black flats, and tied her hair into pig tails. She ran down stairs and grabbed her f/c book bag and her s/f/c sweater. She stood at the door waiting for her brothers Jeff and Liu.

As I stood at the front door waiting for Jeff and Liu I decided that I should get something to eat since I was hungry. I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a pop tart. I began to eat it as I walked out the door where Jeff and Liu now stood. We walked out through the door and began to walk to the bus stop and stood there waiting for the bus to arrive. As we were waiting Jeff and Liu would randomly get some of my pop tart and eat it. I didn't mind at all until I got to the last bite and Jeff took it from me and ate it. I stared at him and he stuck his tounge out at me and I did the same. Some time flew by before a group of boys walked up to us. They began saying mean things to Jeff and Liu but they ignored them, that was until they started talking about me. " hey you look cute~ hey Randy let's show her how we treat little girls like her~" said a guy who stood beside a guy who's name I now knew was Randy "I bet she'll look cuter underneath me begging for mercy~" said Randy as he started to approach me. I was scared and ran behind Jeff. Jeff noticed this and began to yell at the guys "hey leave her alone she's only a kid she doesn't need perverts like you guys picking on her!" Jeff yelled. Randy walked up to Jeff in a threatening matter and simple asked "what are gonna do about it?" Jeff was furious and punched Randy straight on the nose. "Jeff stop we're going to be in trouble if-" I never got time to finish my sentence as I was grabbed by my waist and pulled away from Jeff and Liu. " HEY I SAID TO LEAVE H- " before Jeff could finish his sentence i felt something sharp on my throat. "Now you listen to me. We WILL met again but somewhere private... Oh and bring the kid she will be fun to play around with.... Especially when she wont be able to speak." As Randy said that he slit my throat and i let out a loud scream. He threw me onto the ground and left with his gang behind him. Jeff and Lui ran up to me and began to panic. Lui picked me up and ran me home with Jeff right behind us.
As we got home my vision became blurry.  Jeff yelled for my parents and they ran down stairs. My mom began to scream when she saw me and my dad rushed to call the cops. My mom ran to the bathroom and came back with the first aid kit. As the sound of sirens approached my eye lids became heavy and i began to close my eyes. " y/n dont close your eyes!!!!! Y/- " was all i heard before passing out from all the blood loss.

~ Jeff pov ~
As y/n closed her eyes and I couldn't help but cry. She was special to me. She has always been there for me.As she passed out the door was kicked down and in walked police officers and many doctors. The police officers pulled us away from y/n and the doctors rushed y/n to the ambulance. Me and Liu managed to get away from the police and ran to the ambulance there y/n was being hooked up to many machines. We were running to her side when a police man grabbed us and held us back as if we were the ones who committed the crime. From the corner of my eye I saw Randy and his gang glaring at us then they were put in a police car. As the ambulance drove away the police man let us go. We raced after the ambulance but we were too slow and the ambulance zoomed away. I fell onto my knees and began to cry. I looked at Liu and i saw him standing there, a worried expression on his face. I looked in his direction and it landed at our house. Our parents were being questioned by a police man and a woman were walking our way. I stood up and grabbed Liu by his shoulders. "hey its going to be ok. No matter what happens we have to stay strong... For y/n" i said and Liu nodded. We began to run in the direction of the hospital, ignoring the officers and our parents calling for us. We we ran for miles Until we reached the hospital. We walked in and saw the receptionist and asked her for y/n "oh y/n is in room 213." We thanked her and walked to her room. There we saw her awake and hooked up to many machines holding a stuffed bear. We walked up to her and she seemed to notice because she turned her head and smiled. I smiled back and Liu ran up to her hugging her tightly making sure he didn't hurt her neck. I walked up to them and joined in on the hug. As we ended the hug Liu asked her if she was doing ok y/n shook her head no and Liu asked her why. She pointed to to the throat and grabbed the sheet of paper next to her. What me and Liu read broke our hearts...
