The sweet, herbal smell of tea filled the room as Sally and Toby set up a small table for us to use. I waited for them to finish and in the mean time sat on the bed. I played around with my hair and would occasionally look up to see if they had finished. When I heard Sally cheered I assumed they had finished and I was right. 'She went all out for this one.' I thought looking at the table.
Sally finally noticed me and waved at me. "Hey y/n! I didn't even notice you!" She said walking over to her closet. I just let out a quiet giggle and walked over to her. She was looking through her many dress and picked out two, one for me and one for her. She handed me a fancy red dress and she held a fancy pink dress. Toby hand left to get ready for the tea party. We both changed into our dresses and Sally handed me a pair of red heels.
L:"Where does she get all this?!?"
M:"Stealing?"
S:"Most likely."
I:"Aw, a girl like Sally would never steal."
C:"How do you know that?! "
There was a knock on the door and in walked Toby with a white button up shirt and a black vest over it. He also had black dresses pants and an orange bow tie that matched his goggles. "You two look amazing." Complimented Toby. Sally thanked him for the both of us before leading me to the table. She pulled out a seat for me and smiled at her before sitting down. She pushed me in closer to the table before sitting next to me. Toby took the seat in front of us and smiled at us. The five voices floated above the table and had their own conversations while Toby, Sally, and I had our own. "Y/N, would you like a cupcake?" Asked Sally. I nodded and felt myself drool as Sally set a f/c frosted cupcake on my plate. I nodded my head and took a bite of it, instantly regretting it. My eyebrows furrowed up and I felt chills go up my spine as I swallowed the mouthful that I had. "Did you like it? Toby and I made them yesterday." I felt my eyes well up as I nodded my head. "Really?? See Toby, adding that garlic and ginger was a great idea." I looked over at Toby and watched as he took a bit out of another cupcake, his nose scrunching up immediately. "Yup... these sure are delicious..."
The tea party went on after that and we had a lot of fun, but 2pm rolled around and I had to go. I thanked the two for inviting me and changed in the bathroom before leaving. I walked to my bedroom and changed into something I could train in. 'Leggings or shorts...?'
I: "shorts."
S: "leggings."
M: "leggings."
C: "shorts."
L: "leggings."
I jumped back a bit forgetting about the voices. I looked up at them and thanked them. I changed into a pair of black leggings and a s/f/c shirt. I put on my tennis shoes before I ran outside. There I found Liu waiting for me. I ran to his side and smiled up at him. "Ready for your training?" He asked. I nodded my head confidently and got on the ground, ready to do 10 push-ups. "Alright then, down!" I leveled myself down until my arms were at a 90 degree angle and held my position. "Up, 1!" I brought myself back up and could already fell my arms begin to shake.
"Up,10!" I slowly brought myself up before falling to the ground. My muscles were starting to ache but I knew I had to push myself. I got back up and got ready to do 10 squats. "Ready?" Asked Liu in a more quite voice. I nodded my head before hearing him yell. "Down!" I put my arms out in front of myself and slowly began to lower myself. I stayed in that position for a full minute before Liu let me come back up. "1!" I stretched out my legs a bit before I continued onto my second one.
"10!" My legs were literal jelly. My entire face was covered in sweat and my body was begging me to stop. "Let's take a small break before you begin your jog. I'll go get us some water." Liu pat me on the head before he walked back inside. I fell to the ground and laid on my back, staring up at the clouds. "Man, you look horrible." I lifted my head off the ground and looked to the right and saw Jane walking up to me.
Jane extended her arm out and I took it, wincing when she pulled me up. "I'm guessing you're not use to this." Jane said, chuckling a bit. I nodded my head and heard a new set of foot steps approaching us. "Here you go. A glass of ice water for y/n." Said Liu. I took the glass from his hand and chugged it, nearly choking on an ice cube. "Slow down, you can't be that thirsty..." Liu took a sip of his own glass before he finally noticed Jane. "Oh, hey Jane. When did you get here?" I heard Jane groan as she stormed off. Liu gave me a questioning look and I simply shrugged my arms.
The two of us stayed outside for awhile until we walked back inside. We put our glasses in the sink before walking up the stairs. When we reached the top I felt like I was going to die. I began to slow down my pace and I cringed every time I raised my legs. "Are they sore?" Asked Liu. I nodded my head and smiled when I noticed Liu get down on one knee. "Hop on." I jumped onto Liu's back, which I regretted, and I rested my head on his shoulder. He got back up and continued his way back to our room.
Once we got there Liu put me on my bed and I instantly got under the covers. I got comfortable and began to drift off when I felt something weigh down on the edge of the bed. I slowly rose my head up and saw a black and red cat. I shrugged my shoulders and laid back down. I closed my eyes and felt myself drift off once again and finally fell asleep.
