"Oooo! Paige! Come look at this dress!" Sophia said excitedly.
We were shopping for a dress to wear to some crazy new award show Niall was taking me to tonight.
Sophia had hers already. It was gorgeous. It was navy blue and hugged her figure perfectly. I still needed one.
The dress she was trying to show me was pretty I guess- not really my style. At all. It was bright purple and tight.
"Ha... no. Why don't I look for my own dress?"
"Ha... no." She replied, mocking me. I rolled my eyes walking off.
I shopped for ten minutes before Sophia yelled at me again.
She was holding up a forest green dress. It was way to long for me. Past my ankles.
"I hate to be picky- but no."
She was getting frustrated now. I smiled apologetically.
I continued shopping before I saw and absolutely stunning dress. It was a short, white dress with a little bow on the hip. I screamed happily.
Sophia rushed over, took one look at the dress before yanking it off the rack, shoving it into my hands, and pulled me to the dressing room.
I walked out. I was smiling and so was Sophia. It was perfect! It ended a couple of inches above my knee and had an adorable sweet-heart neckline.
"It's not very award-showy but it'll work. I'm tired of this store." She complained.
I laughed, walking to the counter and paying. Ugh. $239 just for a dress? But hey, Niall was worth it.
His band mates and him had not seen their girlfriends or me since they got back from their tour. We were all just extra excited for the show because of that.

All of us girls were in the car on our way to the show. The boys had sent a limo to pick us up. What?! Too fancy!
All the girls looked great. Except- El was wearing a short white dress too. Um...no!
We had a good laugh about that. But that means I have a good taste in clothes, right?
"Girls! Five more minutes! Were almost there!" "BUT I'M STILL PUTTING ON MAKEUP!" I shouted, half kidding.
"Calm the heck down Paigey." Perrie said jokingly.
"Don't call me that." She rolled her eyes.
I had finished applying my lipstick, bright red, my signature color.
"Eyes, eyes, eyes." I muttered to myself pulling some eyeshadow and mascara out of my bag.
Just as I finished my eyeshadow, we pulled up. I shoved the mascara on my face as we got out of the car, throwing it back in as I exited.
Perrie groaned, wiping excess mascara from under my eyes and off my nose.
We walked through the gates and when we reached the boys, my heart raced. It was Niall.
