As the night deepened, it was quite cold outside as Harvey put on his jacket. It was enough to keep himself warm as he walked silently in the neighborhood.

Harvey couldn't help but smile as there were many stars in the night sky. He was feeling nervous yet excited for his first ever study date with Taylor.

As he approached Taylor's house, the nervousness that he was feeling was reaching its limit. It was like his heart was gonna explode.

Harvey took a deep breath as he rang the doorbell. It was quiet outside as he waited for the door to be opened.

He then knocked gently at the front door, hoping that Taylor was still awake. Gladly she was as the door opened.

"Oh, you're here, Harvey". Taylor said as she saw Harvey shivering because of the cold wind outside. "I'm cold, Taylor". Harvey answered, hoping that Taylor would bring him inside quickly. He then frowned and pouted.

Taylor smiled on how cute he looked. "Don't worry, it's quite warm here inside. Come on, let's go inside". She then offered.

Harvey nodded. The two were walking silently side by side as they approached the living room.

When they arrived there, awkwardness started to come. Even though they were already close, well kind of, but it was still awkward for Taylor sitting next to Harvey.

While she was preparing for their study date, he was gathering all the courage to come up with a topic for them to talk about.

"So you're good at Maths, huh?". Harvey asked as he looked at her. "Well, I'm kind of average at it. I'm not saying I'm that good". Taylor answered as he avoided his eyes, and blushed a little.

The silence in the atmosphere made the situation so awkward. Taylor then cleared her throat.

"So, let's get on with the studying, shall we?". She said as she opened up a book. Harvey couldn't help but to smile at her funny reaction. "Okay". He then responded.

After hours and hours of studying, they were both getting tired. "Taylor?". Harvey called her name in a sweet tone.

He looked at her in the eyes as Taylor blushed shyly. She looked at him and was startled, then said, "Yes?".

Taylor's heart was beating like crazy. The same feeling when she met Harvey for the first time when he moved in next door.

To be honest with herself, that was when she started to have a crush on him. On the other hand, Harvey was feeling the same.

He could feel the nervousness in his heart. He then punched his chest and said, "Heart, stop beating so fast. Don't you know how to beat a little slowly?". He was feeling like his heart could explode any minute from now.

Taylor could see him doing this and looked at him in a weirdly way. She decided to let it slide.

"So, Harvey, are you ready for tomorrow's test? Make sure to practice more, and to remember all the formulas. Maths is also about memorization as well". She instructed him.

"Got that, Miss Alexa. Gosh, you're sounding more and more like my Maths teacher". He joked out.

Taylor then bursted in laughter while he looked at her. Harvey had never seen her smile and laugh this much before.
