Chapter 1:
“MUM! WHERE ARE MY SHOES!?” I yell from my room. I took a look at my clock. 7:56. ‘Oh. My. God. I’m actually gonna be late!’ I thought to myself. I rushed down the stairs and into the kitchen where my mum was. Her dirty-blonde hair in a big messy bun, wearing sweats. “MUM! Where are my shoes!?” I yelled. She glared at me. “There.” She pointed at the front door, wear my black converse lay. “Uhhhhhhhh!” I quickly put them on, grabbed my ragged backpack and headed out the door. I looked at my watch. 8:00. “WHY GOD? WHY!?” I started to speed-walk to my school. I live two block away so I walk. I suddenly stopped because I heard a familiar skateboard rolling towards me.
