Flashback: "So you're wondering why I didn't kill you at the start. Heh. Well I kinda had doubts that you were evil, but I guess those doubts have faded away." Sans looked down at the ground of the Judgement hall. "You could kinda say that I thought of you as family. I had my grasp on your soul at every chance I had but I didn't take it because you looked up to me, just like...Papyrus."
Sans looked up at Frisk. Frisk had a lifeless expression in her eyes while staring at Sans. "Kid, I have two questions. Do you believe the worst person could change like they could do right?" Frisk stayed silent. "I didn't think so...and for my other question. Do you wanna have a bad time? Because if you take one step closer...you're really not gonna like what happens next." Frisk took one step closer. "Heh...sorry Toriel...this is why I don't make promises." Sans closed his eyes and reopened his left one to show bluish yellow eye in his left socket. "Its a beautiful day outside...Birds are singing...flowers are blooming...on days like this, kids like you...should be burning in hell!
After reset: "Do I really want to do this? I guess no turning back now." Sans knocked on the door. "Uh...Asgore...you there?" "Sans! Come in come in." "I-i got the soul...now we can open the portal...rejoin the human world." "Um...that's great but...Sans I don't think I can do this."
"What do you mean...we have all seven souls...just do your magic and poof were done." "I know but...I don't think I can do this Sans. Becoming a god is great but what if the humans just betray us again. Let's not rush things. Come with me to grillbys'." "No...Asgore...you don't understand..." Sans walked up to the containers with the other six souls. "I killed the kid for this...this kid was my friend...the soul won't even last much longer..." "What do you m- Sans what are you doing?!" Sans lifted the souls through the containers. "I'm tired of resetting...this is happening." The souls went into Sans body 1 by 1. "Sans do you know the risks?" "I know!"
A ferocious thu'um boomed quickly through the halls.
Sans was actually a god.
