Life can get pretty dark, not just basement level either. Life manages to have another room under the basement somehow and it gets even darker. As unlovely as it is, I'm learning that if something bad is happening, simultaneously something good is as well. So while it's storming in one area of my life, it's sunny in another area. That rainbow may not look so wonderful as to make it easier to push through situations, but it's a sure sign of hope that not everything is lost. Also, a rainbow is created after a storm, appearing like a victory banner. It represents that the other storms had been overcome and I'll win victory over the storm I'm facing now. :D
