Chapter 11

Khloey's POV

the next two weeks flew by full of non-stop rehearsals for the show. Honestly, as we were sat in the seats at the back, waiting to go backstage and prepare. Emylee was the most nervous without even knowing who would be watching.

We had watched the whole show so far when Steven came back on stage and said the first words of the night that we were dreading.

'That was Hannah and Tia singing Set Fire to the Rain. Now there's only three more acts left. So please welcome Kyle playing guitar!'

We slipped out the back door and ran around outside to backstage. We were the final act to perform so now we had two acts to prepare ourselves.

'Right, so, is everyone okay?' Coaster asked. Emylee was jumping up and down, like she always did when she was nervous (A/N yes I actually do this...) We quickly slipped on our jackets and checked our outfits and make up. Our outfits were very similar, all in dark skinny jeans except Emylee who hated jeans so she was in a dark denim skirt and black fishnet tight. Our tops were all plain white but we had our jackets over the top. We'd bought them new this year, basically black leather with a diamanté heart and our band name on the back.

Time seemed to fly as we did a few warm ups and Emylee tuned the guitar which we'd painted before the first show.

Suddenly Gemma was herding us into the wings, one microphone stands on stage and the other four in our hands. Emylee slipped the guitar strap over her head and we all took a deep breath.

'And last but certainly not least, the all-time favourites, Painted Heart!' Steven called and we made our way onto the stage.

Niall's POV

I sighed

'When do we go on?' I asked yet again

'After these girls Nialler, stop whining,' Louis replied

'I thought you said Khloey, and all the other girls, would be performing,' Zayn groaned 'There's only the fan girls left,'

'We must have made a mistake,' Harry said.

I heard an announcement that this was the last act and their name 'Painted Heart' caught my attention. It sounded pretty cool. I looked up to see five people, obviously these girls, stood with their backs to us.

'So just before we start, we actually have something to say. We were going to be singing a different song but a few, events shall we say, occured a few weeks ago so we changed songs since this song is more fitting. And also we've dedicated this song to a guy, he knows it's him so we don't need any names. Anyway he went and lost himself an amazing girl,' one of the girls said, 'So this is Superstar by Taylor Swift,'

The group turned around and the first notes were played on the guitar. I looked at the heart painted guitar and my eyes flicked up to the guitarist's face. Emylee.

A/N Wooo! Now Hannah and Tia are two girls I know (well ones my sister! :L) and if you don't appreciates Kyle the guitarist.... Well you are no friend of mine ;) DM for a One Shot :) I only have 2 and a half to write so I want some more! Thanks :) <3 xxx
