I get back to the fau a little after 6:00 there aint even enough room inside for everyone so as usual there more people standing out in front of the place then inside. Mother and children that’s all i see. Moms and they kids no fathers nowhere my seven old brother Tj is playing with my basketball out in front of the building throwing it up against the wall and catching it acting like its summer out here my mom’s is outside too leaning against a van smoking with some other woman all our stuff is packed up in one tore up black suitcase and two garbage bags on the ground by my mom I want to ask her if they found us a place but I just glare at her and walk by without saying a word I don’t got nothing to say to her no more. TJ throws a ball against the wall and it fly over his head into the street he bout to go chase after it without even looking to see if the cars is coming and my mom’s isn’t even paying him no mind I call tj and he stop right before he get to the street then I go get the ball myself. He hold up his hands like ima throw it to him aren’t you too old to be running in the street for a ball I ask him? I wasn’t gonna run in the street he say with his hands still up come on tj give me the ball!
First tell me you aint gonna run in the street no more i den I fake a move like ima throw him the ball and watch him jump to catch it I finally throw him the ball.Then i walk back over to my mom. Just as im bout to ask her got money she says "if your hungry you better get on in there and get your self something to eat'
i aint eating that food i tell her what you gonna get then she asks? i aint got no money for McDonalds so dont even ask. I ate at kalah's house real food i Tell her ."

Naw she was busy soo i left i told her my mom sucks her teeth well tell her i said thank you she said.

Den my mom starts blabbing about this and that and im just tired of it so i tune her out and eventually stop listening.
